My family had a wonderful stay at this retreat. Living spaces, amenities and outdoor space were as described in the listing. The deer visiting the property were a added plus. Definitely recommend.

Thank you for the opportunity to host. We at Estes Valley Vacation Rentals appreciate your kind words about our property and we look forward to hosting again in the future.
Warm regards,
Trent
This cabin had everything we needed and more! It was very clean and had an ample supply of towels, dishes, and xtra blankets. Having a full size washer and dryer came in handy. I especially loved that there were portable fans available in each bedroom. The cabin was easy to find, especially because the address number was listed in the garage. The owners were very friendly and responded promptly to all of our messages. Welcome basket was a nice touch!

The home was in a gorgeous area, close to town. The grill didnt work and the 3rd BR did not have twin beds as pictured but a trundle(was talked about in the details) bed when pulled out was just about hitting the wall. Management was very responsive but of course couldn't fix the situation.

Geri,
Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and for taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re always grateful for guest input, I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations.
We take great pride in striving for consistent 5-star stays, and we understand that each guest may view their experience through a different lens. That said, I would like to respectfully address the concerns you mentioned.
First, I’m disappointed to hear that your concerns weren’t brought to our attention until your departure. We genuinely encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly address any issues in real time. This is particularly disheartening, as we were never given the opportunity to assist.
Regarding the grill, our team did inspect it immediately following your checkout. It was in working order, with the exception of a faulty ignitor—something we try to anticipate by providing a long-stem lighter for backup. Had we known about this during your stay, we would have gladly helped.
As for the trundle bed, you are correct that it creates a tight fit in the room when pulled out. However, the layout is clearly presented in both our listing description and accompanying photos. We strive for full transparency to help guests make an informed choice when booking.
Once again, thank you for staying with us. We appreciate your business and wish you all the best in your future travels.
Regards,
Trent - GM, Estes Valley Vacation Rentals
Honestly amazing. The first day a whole heard of elk walked right by. The second there were deer touching the window with their noses. I have trouble remembering everything but every time I needed something it was there to be used, laundry, dishes, openers, etc. EV DRIVER NOTE: There is a 220 outlet for your use but you need to bring your own charger.Charming place with nice lighting, approximately a million light switches but all labeled (thank you!), very comfortable beds. Heating is partially with an automatic fireplace, very charming touch. Honestly the whole thing was so great we are considering buying in Estes. Location was amazing, 5 minutes from everything, 10 minutes from the park. Trent was a breeze to work with and very accommodating, great communication, flexible, helpful.

Hello! I am a local STR owner here in the Estes Park area, but I also manage Estes Valley Vacation Rentals. Our company was formed when 3 local STR owners (Jeff, Kevin, myself) had enough of poor national property management experiences, and decided to form our own local company that focuses on top quality service for our owners and their guests. Thank you for your interest in our property and company and I look forward to hosting you. Regards, Trent GM - Estes Valley Vacation Rentals
