Fantastic property with great artwork and superb furnishings. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable dining areas inside and outside. Pool and Hot Tub are first class and the oceanfront is a short walk away. Host was knowledgeable and helpful. Jump at the opportunity if it’s available.

It’s advertised with a hot tub. The hot tub had only hours to be used. The man controlled it from Germany. We got the home because of the hot tub and we could only use it certain times during the day.

Proximity to the beach was SO nice. Open area with kitchen, dining room and family room was always comfortable. Pool and hot tub were big and we enjoyed not having any lanai. The back yard was much more open.

Perfect Fall Break Vacation!

My family loved this house! Pool and patio area is so relaxing. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great house in a great location!

We have stayed on Anna Maria many times and this is one of our favorite houses. It's located mid island, and close to the beach so the location is perfect. The house itself is open and clean with a great back yard and pool.

Perfect beach stay

We enjoyed our stay at AMI Beach house. It was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 5 children. We loved the pool in the evenings and the walk to the beach was an easy 2-3 min. The house is fully equipped to make a meal in, but an easy 2 block walk to local restaurants. We look forward to returning!

Amazing stay!!

The house was beautiful, the outdoor area was our favorite! We loved the pool to cool off in and it is just a short walk to the beach! We appreciated all the little things the property offered, such as Tupperware and foil :) we have rented a lot of places and this house was definitely a favorite!! Family Trip

My family and I spent a week at this property. The house was a perfect fit and the location was great. The pool was great and our family enjoyed it and the beach was not far. Thank you for such a great vacation!! It was to hard to leave and we plan on coming back to Anna Maria!!!

Perfect Place to Get Away

The house was exactly as portrayed! Great pool, well stocked kitchen, bedrooms,...all as pictured. The location was great for a very quick walk, with little ones, to the beach with a wagon, umbrellas, and chairs provided. We appreciated having a great washer and dryer on hand. Loved this property!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Took a vacation with our extended family, we had 8 Adults and 3 Kids. The home was the perfect amount of room with plenty of space for everyone. We spent many hours in the beautiful pool and the location was perfect being a short walk to the beach, the trolley, and many restaurants. We would definitely book again, thank you so much!

2025 Vacation

The property and location were wonderful, We had a lot of fun with the beach close by and the pool and hot tub at the house. Only thing that was unsatisfactory was the internet was down twice and both times not coming back till the next morning.

Great place to stay. This is our second year in this property and it fit our family needs perfectly. We love the location and the house amenities. The kitchen is great with everything you need. Beautiful home in great location

Our family of 11 ages 6 through 71 enjoyed 3 nights at this lovely home after an action packed visit to Disney. The home was clean and well equipped. The private pool and a short walk to a beautiful beach with spectacular sunsets made the last part of our Florida vacation perfect. Have rented several VRBO’s and this ranks as one of the best.
