Centered two blocks from the French Quarter, minutes to the Superdome and Arena, a safe and short walk to anywhere you would want to newly furnished Luxury 1000 Sq Foot Condo allows you the feel of truly living like Mardi Gras Royalty in the Center of Downtown New Orleans.
The streetcar quietly comes to an end outside the buildings entrance as you are two blocks away from the Canal St start of the French Quarter, you walk to the Casino and the Shops at Canal Place before strolling the Riverfront then hitting Bourbon Street and along down to Frenchman Street to complete your adventure.
Spaciously appointed, large screen tv and surround sound , gourmet chefs kitchen, two full bathrooms, and plush Master Suite in addition to the large outside deck with seating and firepit to enjoy the open air sights of historic surrounding CBD building as you entertain with evening cocktails or quietly sip morning coffee

This place greatly exceeded our expectations. It is centrally located, clean, roomy, comfortable, and with great amenities. The host provided great recommendations for things to see and places to eat. Check in/check out was a breeze and we love the festive decor reflecting the New Orleans spirit. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting NOLA.

We had a wonderful stay. We walked to almost everything! An easy 10 min walk to the french quarter, and far enough away from the noise! Outdoor area was awesome. Host was very accommodating and responded quick to questions. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Left is hot right is cold, very sorry even after multiple messages -you couldn’t figure out the thermostat the WiFi the hot water or the very simple clear instructions about not leaving the place fairly trashed, food garbage..not our ideal guest experience and perhaps better suited for a hotel
