About this property

Owner Operated Beachfront Condo - Corner Unit - Fabulous Views - 3BR/3BA

Romar Place is located in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama, just next door to Gulf Shores. Our condominium has spectacular views of the Gulf from the living room and master bedroom. Just think - you could watch the sun rise from your own king size bed!

The main balcony extends from the kitchen around the unit to the master bedroom. There are two large sliding glass doors to the balcony from the kitchen/living room area, and two large sliding glass doors from the master bedroom to the balcony. The third bedroom has it's own private balcony. Each bedroom has it's own full bath. The complex offers a gulf front outdoor pool, as well as a heated indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, beachside grilling area, and fitness center. The unit is located on the 10th floor.

Sleeping arrangements are a king bed in master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom and two double beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom has a television. The living room has flat screen television with a DVD player. We also have great high speed internet.

We completed a remodeling project not long ago. We updated the furniture, repainted, and refreshed the living room. The condo has newer cabinets, appliances, and two great walk-in marble showers. The entire place was recently given a fresh coat of paint.

We spend a great deal of time making sure our condominium is in top working order for your vacation. We only rent to adults over the age of 25 and we do not allow chaperoned groups. Please check through the extra notes on this listing for information about my cancellation policy. Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. ALSO - during the summer season, I rent from Saturday to Saturday only.

Orange Beach has a variety of fabulous restaurants, shops, and entertainment just minutes away. Great restaurants are within walking distance. Whether you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation or a fun filled exciting week, we have just the place for you!!

This was probably the best Condo we have had in Orange Beach over the last 16 years. Perfect in so many ways. From the comfortable beds, the great furniture on the balcony, and the perfect view, we had a fabulous time.

Great condo with a huge balcony. My only issue was that we had to pay 50 for all parking passes. Typically a couple of parking spaces comes with the rental. But otherwise a great place to stay.

Absolutely great property for the price! Balcony is very large and accommodating. This condo has many extras, everywhere we looked; they had something extra. Be it, pillows, appliances, beaucoup toys for kids. Pictures are very accurate with the exception of the living room area, the two chairs were not there; just the two couches. Knives can definitely use sharping or a new set. Was worried because I saw some reviews about the property manager but we had not one issue. Would stay again.

This property checked all our boxes. Wonderful views from almost every room- patio doors galore- no need for air conditioning with the air flow. Communication was great with the owners. Almost an immediate response when we messaged them. Well stocked with items to use on the beach- chairs- floaties- sand toys- even beach towels. Walking distance from Wolf Bay- wonderful restaurant right across the street. The beach was beautiful- and not too busy with people. The condo Building is not large- so plenty of chairs around the pool area and grills open when needed. Highly recommend this unit!

We highly recommend this condo!

We had a great stay in this condo! It was clean and nicely furnished with a beautiful view. We really appreciated the supply of beach toys, beach chairs and boogie boards, too. It's a spacious condo and has everything you need for an awesome beach vacation! We would highly recommend it. We have already booked it for next summer!

This is a smaller quiet complex with very spacious balconies and outstanding beach views. There is ample room on the beach for all of the condominium guests.

Our unit is one of the cleanest in the area and we know you will enjoy the massive balcony to entertain your family and watch the dolphins go by. Very close to some of the top restaurants in Orange Beach, including Wolf Bay, right across the street.
