Esta Villa se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, justo en una de las dos piscinas de roca de lava que Waikoloa Beach Villas tiene para ofrecer. La propiedad se encuentra en la planta baja que viene con muchos beneficios. No hay escaleras para subir, lo que hace que traer y sacar comestibles y equipaje sea mucho más fácil. Está a 30 pasos de la hermosa piscina y la entrada del spa, así que es como tener tu propia piscina sin el mantenimiento. Si necesita refrescar su bebida, está a solo unos pasos. Adyacente a la piscina hay un gran patio con techo de paja con mesas y sillas que esperan su fiesta. También a solo 40 pasos de distancia, en este magnífico patio trasero se encuentra la barbacoa perfectamente mantenida. Camine a la derecha desde la terraza hasta el área de césped y se encontrará en el escenario perfecto para disfrutar del paraíso. O siéntese en la mesa y sillas de madera de teca y disfrute de los sonidos de la cascada de las piscinas mientras toma una taza de café o un cóctel.

En cuanto al interior de esta hermosa casa, la parte superior acolchada oculta una cama que permite a la Villa dormir 6. El dormitorio principal tiene muebles nuevos con una cama con dos almohadas. El orgullo de la propiedad aparece en los hermosos ventiladores de techo actualizados en cada habitación. Además, las persianas en toda la casa se han mejorado con persianas de madera de teca y la puerta de vidrio corrediza se ha mejorado a un color retr��ctil de madera de teca.

También se encuentra a pocos pasos de restaurantes y tiendas en The Queens Marketplace y The Kings Shops. También un corto paseo a la playa de arena blanca para un día de diversión en la UNIDAD DE Hawai, INCLUYE PARKING Y WIFI GRATIS.

Perfect Location for your vacation

We had an amazing family vacation. The Villa was close to the pool which worked out perfect for my twin grandsons. Great location for shopping, eating, and spending the day at the beach.

Great property, great location, great stay

This condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very beautiful. Close to the beach and the Hilton and Marriot hotels and shopping market. The property is best suited for adults and kids. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Great unit in a beautiful complex!

This was a good fit for our family- steps to pool, fully stocked garage with all the needed beach and pool gear, comfortable beds, CLEAN and well maintained. The complex itself is also very manicured. 10/10!

Our stay at Waikoloa properties!

The stay at the continuum was very good. Easy access to the pool. We had an issue with the ac which was fixed the same day. Easy access to grocery and airport. If you have a vehicle the continuum is located centrally between Hilo and the other side. All I all a good stay.

Relaxing Home Away From Home

The location and the property is stunning and has such a relaxing vibe. Our family had such a rejuvenating time at our condo in Waikoloa Beach Villas. Both pool areas have a great setup for getting fun sun or finding some shade. The grounds crew keeps the property immaculate which just adds to the overall vibe. Having the Queen & King marketplace right outside the gate was so convenient for our kids to go and wonder around and shop. 10 out of 10!!

Great location - steps away from the pool!

We have stayed in this area over 10 times. We love the location of the villas. This particular unit is located just steps from the pool, which was fabulous! Unfortunately, the folks in the unit upstairs were up early and we could hear every move they made. The carpeting was dirty, dirty dishes had been put back in the cupboard and the placemats were filthy. We had some cleaning to do upon check in. I highly recommend this resort area, even though this particular unit had a couple of issues.

The only contact during your stay was about guest in unit above and we did contact the management company that rents that villa to let them know. C3 is a great villa that is located near pool and close to shops and restaurants. Carpet cleaning is done every 3 months. Owner is looking to replace carpet with new flooring soon. Great Ground Floor Condo

We had a great time at this condo. We were two adults and two 14 year old girls. We chose this condo for the ground floor proximity to the pools and the easy walking distance to the shops. The condo was well-outfitted and very comfortable for our needs. The girls loved being able to use the pool when they wanted and the autonomy to walk to the nearby shops. We also greatly appreciated all of the beach gear in the garage. Enough chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, ice chests, etc. to make our beach outings comfortable and very enjoyable. Thank you!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was very nice, the accommodations were nice and quick access to the pool. The units construction seems to be old and there is no soundproof boarding between the floors. The people above us had kids who were running back and forth thought our stay, so it was loud and not a pleasant experience.I would not recommend staying here just based on that.

Not bad but not great

Great location, but what was rough was the cleanliness and the bedding. I get bugs are in Hawaii and I have lived here before. We have stayed many times before at the same location just a different property. But I would say this has been the worst. The dishes had lipstick and food stuck on them, the first thing we saw when we checked in was 1 roach dead after they “cleaned”. Several more bugs and roaches thru out our stay. And the bedding the pillows were like dust. They haven’t been changed for years flat like air and was not comfortable at all! Let’s just say I would shop around until the owners of this place give there unit some TLC!

Aloha and thank you for your feedback. Our ground floor villa and the area outside is treated every quarter by a private company and by the development. Because we are on a tropical island and if slider is left open, bugs will come into villa. It was treated the day before you checked in and did its job taking out any bugs that got in. As the management company, we are here to take care of any issues guest may have with villa and want to make your stay the best. Our contact info is posted in the unit and wished you had called to inform any issues you did find. We would have had it taken cared of right away. This pool side villa is a great unit, it is right across the street from the Queens Shops and walking distance to Anaehoomalu Bay. The garage is loaded with swim gear, sand toys and boogie boards. 2 bedroom 2 bath and right next to the pool and bbq. Great unit for the family. UPDATE - NEW LINENS and PILLOWS have been put in villa.

It has two bedrooms, 2 baths, a large kitchen and living room. The condo is located just steps from the pool. Another bonus is its proximity to both the Queen's Market Place and the King's Market Place. Both are within walking distances. This property comes with a garage filled with all kinds of beach paraphernalia. The only thing I would want the owner(s) to change is the carpets. I let Michelle, the property manager know about the conditions of the carpets, and she will encourage the owners to either install new carpeting throughout the condo, or perhaps tiles.

The only disappointment was the pool right outside our building was under renovation, but it was a short walk to the other pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
