HOGAR RECIENTEMENTE REMODELADO CON MUEBLES NUEVOS, ROPA Y DECORACIÓN

Ubicado en una cancha tranquila en North Mission Beach, a poca distancia del océano, Catamaran Resort y supermercado. También se encuentra cerca de Pacific Beach, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes para explorar. Este recientemente remodelado de dos camas, un loft y un baño y medio es perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares con habitaciones luminosas iluminadas por el sol, una agradable decoración de playa y un plano de planta acogedor.

Al ingresar a esta propiedad desde la cancha, encontrará un amplio patio, dos mesas con asientos para ocho personas y una parrilla de propano. Desde el patio estás a solo cuatro casas del paseo marítimo. Aquí puede preparar la comida familiar y disfrutar de su bebida de verano mientras sus invitados van y vienen de la playa. En el interior (en la planta baja) se encuentra la cocina y el comedor con capacidad para seis. La cocina de la cocina está totalmente equipada con una estufa / horno a gas, microondas, lavavajillas, refrigerador con máquina de hielo, cafetera de goteo, ollas, sartenes, vasos y utensilios.

El segundo piso tiene una sala de estar luminosa y abierta con un sofá cama de cuero y dos sillas. Disfrute de sus programas y películas familiares favoritos en la televisión inteligente de pantalla plana (cable y Wifi incluidos). Hay una vista fantástica del océano desde el gran ventanal y una mesa en el rincón que es perfecta para juegos familiares o noches de manualidades. Hay un baño completo en este piso con una combinación de bañera / ducha y dos dormitorios; uno con una cama Queen y otro con una cama de día Twin y sacar nido Twin.

En el tercer piso encontrará una habitación privada con una cama Queen. Este loft único tiene techos altos con muchas ventanas y tragaluces. También en este piso hay un lavabo / tocador y acceso a la cubierta superior del techo.

La terraza de la azotea es una hermosa área privada al aire libre para que usted y sus invitados disfruten del hermoso sol de San Diego. Great location!

Great location. Lots of beach equipment. Initial communication with management company was great, but did not receive check in information due to holiday weekend. So check in process was difficult. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Location is what your getting

My family stayed here for a quick get away. Our SUV didn’t fit in the carport as expected so we had to rely on street parking. Luckily the location is near everything so we could walk to it all including Belmont park. The property is ok. I’m not sure why it’s advertised as newly remolded. The screen door had holes thru out it so it let the flies in. Also alot of the light bulbs were out so the lights didn’t work in several locations. The Washer and dryer worked great and bedrooms were clean. The kitchen stove was dirty when we found it along with the floors downstairs. I would rethink your cleaning crew other than that it was a great stay and a nice escape.

Great place, great location…Recommend! Could use a few minor details

Beautiful home, with Garage, Patio and Rooftop deck, worth the price! Minor details for our stay, to make it better: * no key access in and out the front door- frustrating * no iron, maybe it is considered a thing people don’t do when at the beach but we had formal dinner so just was inconvenient for us * no boogie boards, first time we didn’t bring ours and the house didn’t have them- however, chairs , mat, umbrella amount other sand toys * the ac was a bonus however, they recommend utilizing the fans….1 fan was broken and just needs replacement * The carpet and rooftop cushions could be refreshed and the front porch table left white residue on our clothing so maybe a refresh there as well. * last the bottom floor, for us, could use a “comfy” seating spot but still worked very well for us Overall, highly recommend this house. We will look to book again! Thanks!

Great location

Nice beach house. Can fit tons on people. Third bathroom was in the garage and it’s small. You can hear the waves all day long. Walkable to everything.

Well stocked and fun location.

It was refreshing to find plenty of TP, coffee and coffee filters, and soaps for the kitchen. This was a super fun location right down from the beach, restaurants, and night life.

Location is the best feature of this house, there are some things to know before you go.... the garage is cluttered, and full of broken and unusable gear, the BBQ has never been cleaned, and has a large grease deposit on the ground, the outdoor furniture is usable, but that's it. Inside - there are 2 box fans for the 3rd floor bedroom, these have never been cleaned - ever. it is true that there is a pull out sofa on the 2nd level, but there are no linens, there are however, a bunch of pillows and blankets and old bed spreads that are wadded up and stuffed in to a closet. the top level bath has a vanity, a soaking tub (inexplicably), and a toilet, the second level bath has 2 vanities (very convenient), a nice shower and a toilet, the 3rd bath is a stall shower and a toilet located in the garage, not ideal, but totally usable. The management company is adamant that the soap, dish soap etc... that is in the house is to get you started, you definitely need to hit Ralph's right away (this includes trash bags) In addition, they started sending check out texts on Saturday for our Monday departure (thanks), but oddly leave you no instructions on what they would like you to do before leaving, I won't get in to the details here, but will say, we left the house better than we found it. I would prefer staying in a rental that is run by a VRBO Host, and not a management company - their fees are pretty steep, for what we did before leaving, they owe us a refund.

Beautiful Home steps from the beach

We had 7 adults and 1 infant and we were all very comfortable. The house is clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the front patio, enjoying the beach weather. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils to prepare meals at home . There are 3 levels so be prepared to use stairs. The 3rd level has no AC but we slept with doors open and was comfortable at night. The garage fit 2 small suvs very tightly. A Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango. The garage was full of beach supplies and even a wagon to carry them. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again .

I cannot speak highly enough about how amazing the location is for this place. You are right in the middle of things which makes for access to all sorts of fun, great times. I highly recommend this place.

Great stay, great location

Loved it. Just a few steps to the beach, walkable to anywhere you want in mission beach or Pacific beach. House was great, clean, and in really good shape for a beach rental.

Thanksgiving Week Stay

Overall, the property was good for our family of four (two teenagers) visiting from out of state. The furniture, bedding and kitchen were clean and there were plenty of beach toys and chairs for us to use. The neighborhood felt safe and had a great early morning vibe. It was easy for us to access the beach, shops and nearby eateries. We highly recommend La Playa Mexican Restaurant for bomb carne asada burritos! Property management was a little too aggressive and staunch in their reaction when I said we were visiting family for the holiday week. They were very demanding that we not allow more people than the house rules - even though I stated we would not be entertaining a party or dinner for the week - which felt a little like they have been burned in the past. We had a great time overall though as most visiting family members were looking to hang on the beach or ride bikes around the peninsula. The rooftop sitting area was awesome (we saw Sea World fireworks one night) and the furniture seemed fairly new. Only cautionary bits are - there is no front door key (so you always have to enter from the garage), there is no door on the third bedroom upstairs, and the carpet on the stairs is pretty dirty so removing shoes prior to using (as sign stated) wasn't cool.

Great house and location, minimal household items

House is beautiful, location is great for beach and walking to places. House has virtually no kitchen items, I.e., no bbq tools, oven mitts, barely any silverware, mixing/serving bowls etc., only glass drink ware which is unusual for a beach house. Rooftop furniture is pretty but so worn and damaged it’s not usable. Location and interior are 5 star. In my experience with rental homes, provided household equipment was 1 maybe 2 stars.

Very nice location

Garage door stopped working and they had someone out in about 10 minutes to get it fixed for us - really great customer service even forwarded some mail for me. Beatutiful house right next to the beach.

Clean and close

Good location and clean home. Garage clearance is a little low, but we were able to get our 4Runner in with about 3” of space on top. The top room got a little warm but I reached out and they dropped off a box fan. We would stay again.

Overall great property and location. The house was not thoroughly cleaned when we checked in, but I would still recommend If your looking for a spot just steps away from the heart of Mission Beach

Definitely recommend this house!

The house was absolutely perfect for our Labor Day weekend stay with our 3 teenagers and 10yr old. Super clean, beautiful, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and just a few steps from the boardwalk and beach. Loved they had a wine fridge!!! We made good use of that. The management was extremely fast in responding to any questions and requests we had. When we asked for an extra blanket and a large pot to cook some pasta and serving spoons they were delivered within an hour! Yay!! Absolutely amazing customer service! Can’t say enough great things about the whole experience.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean, nicely remodeled and in an outstanding location. Having an AC was an unexpected perc. We will be back. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a blast! So much space for our family to relax in! The only thing I would suggest, is to add more extra blankets, as well as more essentials in the kitchen. Such as, ladles, serving spoons, utensils for the grill... Otherwise perfect!
