Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you have time, please wash all the beach towels that you used.
Turn off the mini split air conditioning units
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please contact Carolyn regarding pets. If approved, they will be written into the rental agreement and a pet fee will be charged.
Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am. Excessive noise must not be heard by neighbors. Cost of police response will be paid by the occupant.
CLEANING: normal cleaning, not “Rock Star” party cleaning or excessive sand cleaning. If additional cleaning is needed, $75.00 per hour will be deduc

We had a wonderful stay. Carolyn was an amazing host. The location is great. All restaurants and Belmont park are walkable. We cook a lot so we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We had grandparents with us so the stairs were a bit rough for them but everyone was happy with the accommodations. The outdoor area is perfect to sit and eat around the fire pit. We come every year for Christmas and this house was perfect.

Location was great - walkable to the beach, cafes & bars. Communication was good and host was responsive. I gave 3 stars due to issues with power outage affecting 1/2 the house requiring electrician visit and then a plumbing issue in the kitchen which meant we could no longer wash dishes and this affected our freedom to cook etc.

Family summer vacation

We had a great time in this house! Close to Bars and restaurants, but far enough away from the crowds near Belmont. House had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing just a minute from the water and the rooms themselves were nice and comfortable. Beds were very clean and the master bedroom was especially large and enjoyable. The property manager was extremely responsive and easy to work with which we really appreciated.The home is definitely well worn. Dishes and surfaces were clean but the flooring is an unusual tile that collects a lot of dust. Just walking around would leave dirt on our socks and we did not feel comfortable having our kids on the floor. We were also disappointed by the very large security deposit and the forty dollars per hour early check in fee which felt a bit excessive.

Overall the property was good. Location is fantastic, close to the beach and restaurants and bars. Rooms were a little odd so it makes 4 bedrooms hard to see but overall it worked. AC in some rooms and not in other but overall comfortable. Nice outdoor area and parking.

Fantastic holiday home in a prime location next to the beach. The house was extremely clean and had some great quirks. The host was extremely helpful and responsive with an easy check in service making the process stress free.
