This beach house is in a perfect location. With parking what it is in PB, this is really important. Everything you need is within walking distance. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The house has 3 full baths and all of our group commented on how nice the rain head showers were. If this is the size beach house that you need for your group, don't hesitate...just book it!

My two best friends and I had an incredible week at this property. The location is fantastic, and it’s an excellent place to stay. It’s set up perfectly for creating lasting memories with family or friends. The property manager is prompt and a pleasure to work with. We’ll definitely be returning!

We were 6 women all over 60 years old who have been friends from 70s and 80s having worked together .There was plenty of beds to go around ( even the double size bunk beds were very comfortable)and 3 bathrooms worked well even though 2 were small they were certainly adequate for our needs. We absolutely loved having the fire pit for evening after coming back from dinner. We never even turned on the TV as we were catching up on our lives but they were available if we wanted to use them. The air conditioning was extremely welcome as was a bit unusual humid weather. Parking worked well. We had a large SUV so we parked in front of garage and mostly were inside the red lines as requested. The host was very responsive to our needs and questions. We always rent in this area due to walk ability to great eats . All in all great experience.

Family summer vacation

We had a great time in this house! Close to Bars and restaurants, but far enough away from the crowds near Belmont. House had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Carolyn was an amazing host. The location is great. All restaurants and Belmont park are walkable. We cook a lot so we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We had grandparents with us so the stairs were a bit rough for them but everyone was happy with the accommodations. The outdoor area is perfect to sit and eat around the fire pit. We come every year for Christmas and this house was perfect.

I’ve stayed in Mission beach for 30 years.. The house is located in a Great area near restaurants, Grocery stores and more importantly near the Beach. You can park 2 Small cars in the garage and more importantly a full size vehicle in front of the garage, I parked a Toyota Tundra with 5.5 bed and it was perfect. Over the years I’ve always struggled finding parking for my truck. The communication with the Host was 5 stars !! The house had air conditioning in every room with very nice showers. The patio outside has a great sitting area with a nice propane fireplace. The BBQ was clean and worked great. If you’re looking for a nice place to accommodate numerous people this is the one.
