Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO) 25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.
HOUSE DETAILS AND AMENITIES This BEACHFRONT upper level home with its spacious private terrace overlooking the bay is the perfect place for a group up to 7 people (6 adults max). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors. Located at 3265 Bayside Walk, its location is absolutely priceless. Walk out the front gate and your feet are in the sands of Mission bay; walk 2 minutes west and you're surfing the blue Pacific.
The wonderful waterfront Pacific Sands Vacation home "Pacific Sands #3265" is the upper of a two unit home featuring 1,600 sq.ft. living space, 4 bedrooms (incl. DEN) and 2 bathrooms. The house offers a well equipped kitchen, open floor plan, flat screen TV in the living room, TV in the Master bedroom, cable, Wi-Fi, central AC and heating, high speed internet, cable, washer & dryer on site (shared with lower unit) and a 2 car garage. Linens, towels, beach towels, blow dryers, iron, iron board, boogie boards, beach chairs, crib, igh chair and pack 'n play are provided for your convenience. Please note that the fireplace is not for use. For bigger groups, this unit can be booked together with "Pacific Sands #3263"

Centrally located in South Mission Beach, this wonderful vacation home is in walking distance to fun beach activities, bike rental stores, convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Belmont Park with its famous Roller coaster is only one block away. Easy access to freeways. ONLY 5 minutes from Sea World. 15 minutes to San Diego Zoo/ Wildlife Park, Downtown and Balboa Park.
PLEASE NOTE Occupancy limit (incl. visitors) = 7 people (6 adults max). For friend groups ALL must be over 35 years old. We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house. We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy. Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.

Great location, centrally located for all attractions. Best of both worlds-quiet mission bay or people watching along mission beach. Really enjoyed the food, endless attractions and weather of San Diego. Place was as advertised with great view, roomy place which was perfect for the whole family.

This place was really ideal for our family over Christmas! Nice large dining table and main room. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Love being able to look out over the bay every day. Several places to eat and grab coffee in easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
This property is a wonderful central location when visiting active duty family members. Our son is a Navy pilot currently stationed in Japan and was in town for a training. This location allowed us all to stay together and within walking distance of many attractions including the beach the bay and a small amusement park with a roller coaster!
Property was amazing. Right on the Bay just a few blocks from Belmont Park and the Beach Boardwalk. Lots for everyone to do! Home was well equipped - had everything for cooking and playing on the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was just steps from the Bay, which made it perfect for our family — we spent so much time enjoying the water and the nearby Belmont Park was a huge hit with the kids. The unit had everything we needed, even for our 7-month-old baby, which made traveling with him so much easier. The property management team was amazing and so communicative throughout our stay. We loved it so much that we actually decided to extend our trip!The only downside is that the garage isn’t very accommodating for larger vehicles — they did mention it ahead of time, but there’s really no way a full-size truck would fit. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we’d definitely stay here again.
This place was perfect for our family of four including two teenagers who like to have their own space. Exactly as pictured but the description really can’t do it justice to describe just how awesome the location is. You’ve got the bay on one side literally right there in front of you and the ocean just a couple blocks away. So many good places to eat within a few minutes walk… we stayed for a week and didn’t even get to hit all the places we wanted to. The kitchen is also very well appointed if eating in is your jam. Beds were comfy and the unit was very clean. Hope we can start again on a future trip to San Diego
This is a great location for families with kids of any age. Younger kids will enjoy playing in the sand and splashing in the bay. Older kids will appreciate the closeness to the beach side and all of the restaurants and boardwalk area. The place was very clean and well appointed with beach paraphernalia and towels. The washer/dryer is a bit tricky to access if there is someone parked in the space for the lower unit. It was also difficult to get to the front door upstairs, but we were able to walk around and get in from the bay side. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. All of the utensils and supplies seemed relatively new. Overall, a well cared for place. We were there for 5 days and enjoyed our stay!

Nice place, but parking is an issue
The rental is a great setting and has all the amenities. The one main issue is parking. We believed there was two garage spots for parking. While there can be our second car, a Hyundai Elantra could not fit in the second spot. Parking in Mission Beach is extremely difficult. The downstairs unit has to park directly in front of the door. The downstairs renter had a smallish SUV, but it left only about 12 inches to pass by. Very tight.
Location is quite good. The bay view is very nice and the ocean a short 3 minute walk away. There is a cleaning fee … but there is a list inside the unit asking guests to clean before they leave. We cleaned it quite well prior to leaving. The cleaning crew won’t have much to do.
This property is exactly as advertised. Large, clean with a great view of the bay. Hosts provided everything needed for a great stay. The only downside is the entryway is on the back of the property next to parked cars and it can be difficult for a person with limited mobility to get in and out.
This was the perfect spot in San Diego for our family of five. Mission Beach is wonderfully situated 15 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Balboa Park or 15 minutes to La Jolla. The beach side of Mission Beach is very fun but we were so glad that this condo is located on the bay side. The view from the condo of the bay is fantastic. You are right on the water and the beach on this side but you are only a two block walk to the ocean beach.
Inside the rooms were perfect for sleeping our family of five. The living room is nice. The kitchen is well-appointed (had everything we needed in terms of dishes, pots, utensils, etc.). The deck overlooking the beach and bay is hard to beat!
We highly recommend this location.

A great location for a roomy clean 3 bedroom condo. Only 10 minutes from the airport and about the same from grocery stores. The bay side is quieter than the ocean side, so you don’t have much noise. And if you want the action of the Oceanside, it’s a short walk. This unit is upstairs so you have more privacy than the ground floor unit. And a better view. The kitchen is well equipped with good knives and non-stick pans if you want to cook at home. Parking is very tight and the 2 car garage is good for 2 small cars only. There is room for a car behind the garage. Overall a very good condo in a great location.
