In Summer you can enjoy the heated in ground pool, just down the lawn from the house. It's typical open from Memorial Day weekend until the end of September. The pond and beautiful trees add to the charm of this property.

THE AREA

Roxbury is a wonderful small Catskills town with all the amenities you need. On main St you find Good Grocer for your grocery needs, Roxbury Wine and spirits with a great selection of wines. Catskill Mountain Wood and Daughter is perfect for gifts, vintage clothing , beautiful candles and other to haves. The Watershed cafe has great coffee and smoothies. There are a couple of restaurants in town and many more in the area. Check out our guidebook for an extensive list.

Plattekill Mountain is our local Ski Mountain, family owned. It's an intimate place to enjoy your favorite Winter Sports.

This property is in close proximity to The Roxbury Barn and Estate, Stone Tavern Farm, The Inn at West Settlement and Shepherd Hills Golf course. Easy for those wedding guests that look for a place nearby their venue.

You understand there are potential dangers for pregnant or possibly-pregnant women, children under 12, elderly or people with health conditions. Minors must be carefully supervised. You agree to recover and secure the clips when not in use. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from the use of the hot tub or pool. You agree to make all other guests in your party aware of these rules and acknowledge that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.
