Cette ferme de 8 acres est idéale pour la famille et les amis qui souhaitent faire l'expérience d'un "luxe rustique". C'est un rêve devenu réalité pour une retraite de yoga, un rassemblement de groupe ou tout besoin de réunion hors site. Profitez du style paysager unique qui comprend des sentiers naturels, une terrasse d'observation de yoga / faune complète et un tipi authentique grandeur nature !!

Cette ferme branchée et historique est un sanctuaire de 4 chambres et deux salles de bains et demie. Cette maison paradisiaque est entièrement rénovée pour inclure des équipements modernes tout en conservant son charme naturel d'origine et son caractère.

La ferme est conçue pour maximiser la lumière naturelle avec un plan d'étage à concept ouvert. La cuisine gastronomique propose des électroménagers en inox, des comptoirs en béton. Il est équipé de casseroles et poêles, plats, ustensiles et épices. Ou, si vous préférez, nous pouvons également organiser le stockage du garde-manger, du réfrigérateur et du congélateur avec des aliments fraîchement préparés afin que vous puissiez passer tout votre temps à vous détendre!

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bains privative. Il y a aussi une salle de bain / salle d'eau pour les invités. A l'étage, deux chambres ont chacune un lit queen-size et la troisième chambre a un lit double confortable. Les lits comprennent des draps frais et de beaux textiles.

Il y a un sauna extérieur et un plongeon froid bricolage rustique :). La salle de bain principale a une douche à vapeur et un bain à remous séparé pour des moments de spa plus luxueux.

Savourez des soirées autour du feu ouvert en pierre avec votre famille et vos amis en faisant griller des guimauves et en partageant des histoires. Vous pouvez également avoir un camp dans le tipi de montagne !!!!

Vous pouvez également dîner dans la salle à manger de la forêt de pommiers ou tout simplement prendre le temps de profiter de l'activité des poissons dans les eaux cristallines du ruisseau.

Le ruisseau à truites de catégorie A de la propriété contient l'eau la plus propre du pays. Ces eaux curatives font partie du célèbre bassin versant qui fournit l'eau de champagne au système d'eau potable de New York. Les zones humides et le ruisseau de la propriété favorisent une longue nuit de sommeil rarement vécue ailleurs.

Vous pouvez également faire de la randonnée dans la propriété, vous prélasser au calme, chasser les champignons ou lire un livre dans un coin confortable.

La ferme est idéalement située à trois kilomètres de la station de ski de Belleayre. Il existe également à proximité des possibilités de golf, de randonnée, de kayak, de shopping sur les marchés locaux et d'autres activités amusantes.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally clean. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into making the space comfortable and welcoming. Communication with Tiffany was easy and prompt throughout our stay, which made everything easy. The location was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind and so beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, peaceful, and well-equipped place to stay!

Beautiful, peaceful location. Close to skiing! The kitchen came well equipped with everything you could think of needing and more. Ping pong table and quiet reading space in the Farm house were just what we needed. Host was very friendly and responsive to our inquiries. Wonderful place to welcome the New Year!

We traveled from Baltimore for a relaxing week in the Catskills. We didn't realize just how relaxing it would be. The property is welcoming and serene with wonderful amenities. There is not central a/c but the portable units and fans were sufficient in keeping us comfortable. The house is well equipped with pretty much everything you will need. The outside property is an open and natural setting while providing privacy from the road. The dog loved exploring the grounds. Everything was very clean and ready to use. We used the swim spa every day and it really added to the summer enjoyment. Fleischmanns has a cute coffee shop that is open daily, a restaurant called The Print House that serves great dishes and the Margaretville grocery store about 15 minutes away has a great variety of vegan food choices. We hope to return!

The host and entire team were super responsive and so helpful. The property is beautiful! So peaceful and relaxing, it felt like we were staying in the home of friends. Everything in the home was cozy and inviting, the kitchen had everything you could ever need and the barn led to lots of fun with ping pong. We also enjoyed some yoga and meditation in that amazing space too!

Had a great stay at the retreat. The landscape is beautiful and we loved venturing around with our pups in the morning to explore the huge backyard and do some yoga on the back dock! The house is lovely as well and the patio and fire pit were great places to spend time lounging post-hike in the evenings. The location was perfect and we had tons of options for activities such as golfing and hiking. We hope to be back very soon!!

Amazing stay. Quiet and relaxing. Steam shower, sauna and hot tub were amazing. The woods surrounding the property was beautiful but the tent/pond area was underwhelming. We heard coyotes while in the hot tub at night. Very cool. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Healing Waters Farm

The house and property were beyond our expectations. It is such a beautiful property. Plenty of open space outside. The house is a fabulous fully renovated farm house We loved staying there. The huge deck off the kitchen had a hot tub pool. It was great. We look forward to staying there again.

Great proximity to Bellyeare

Spacious accommodation spread across main house and barn. Well equipped kitchen. Hot tub was fun and plenty of extra towels provided. Large washer/dryer and all kitchen/laundry supplies provided. Only a five minute drive to Bellyeare mountain so great as a ski stay. Easy to communicate with caretaker and easy access.

Charming farmhouse on beautiful property. Updates, but original charm still there which we loved. Everything you need in the kitchen, amazing deck with views. Hike up the hill to the pond with deck, the restored barn is beautiful with additional suite. Property management was very responsive when contacted about spa pool not reaching hot tub temp. We would definitely return.

I cannot say enough about this property and the host. Top notch across the board. Beautiful property, loaded with incredible spaces and amenities. The best appointed kitchen I have experienced in a rental - literally everything one could need. Plus, the host gave great updates on current local happenings on top of a very thorough guide and ideas included in the welcome kit both at the home as well as a PDF ahead of check in. The host has taken care of every detail to make the place feel both homey and luxurious. Already looking to book my next stay to share with friends and family ASAP. Truly my best Catskills stay since I started coming up several times a year for the past 5 years.

Beautiful, relaxing winter break!

My family and I just returned from a wonderful week vacation in the Catskills. We loved the property - beautiful surroundings, peaceful, and very cozy and well-appointed farmhouse with plenty of space for a family of 4 (or more). We skied every day at Belleayre, which was only a few minutes away. Late afternoons were spent luxuriating in the hot tub with a glass of wine and staring up at the mountain we had just skied. So peaceful and relaxing! We would definitely return! It’s a perfect winter getaway, and I’d love to experience it in the summer too. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Cozy but modern farmhouse in a beautiful Catskills location

We enjoyed spending Thanksgiving here with our family of 6 (3 generations). Gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with thoughtful pantry goodies for guests really helped our stay during this snowy Thanksgiving. Rooms are spacious with extra linens. Master bath was great with jacuzzi bath. A lovely piano, kids' games and a large property with a walking trail up to the tipi area gave our family lots to do. No issues with wifi or cell reception for us. We've stayed in other Catksills homes and this was the family's favorite so far. It's really got a lovely energy to the home and the entire property. Would love to visit in warm weather to take advantage of the deck, outdoor seating, etc.

Thanksgiving

Our family of 5 (ages 21-55) plus dog had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful property. Everything was just perfect -- the home is very comfortable, kitchen well equipped with high-end appliances and cookware, primary bathroom with large jacuzzi tub and steam shower felt luxurious. We appreciated the treats left for us (coffee, wine, granola, etc.). The natural beauty of the property and surrounding environs is stunning. We enjoyed walking the property and spent hours around the fire pit. We didn't venture far, given how much we enjoyed the home and property, but had fun discovering bakeries and shops in Fleischmanns and nearby town of Margaretville. We hope to be back!

Will absolutely return. Every detail of this property is curated to perfection. Clean, quiet, cozy, gorgeous. Felt simultaneously like being in a mythical forest, and right at home. We we're all so excited for our stay at the Healing Waters Farm. It is an absolutely beautiful home, located on an amazing property with wonderful amenities...with that said, we experienced a few major problems that needed to be rectified & management disappointed.The listing mentioned that the house had air conditioning, there was 1 portable air conditioner in the dining space, for the entire house and a fan per room. We happened to be there during a heatwave, which made matters worse. We understood that this wasn't normal, the temperature was 105 outside. The bedrooms in the house reached 92 all night and it was completely unbearable. We contacted the host numerous times throughout the days...via email, text, calls and received notice back saying that in the Catskills most places do not have air-conditioning. Understood again, but you have to figure out a plan for this kind of heat and not just let us deal with it on our own. When we finally reached the owner's assistant, the next day, she had gotten management to pick up 4 small box fans and a few bags of ice for us. In the interim the refrigerator went up to almost 50 and we wound up losing all of our food. A service Man was not sent to the house, again we were just sent bags of ice. Needless to say we made the best of our trip, but we were completely disappointed with management and how they handled our situation. I have never left a bad review, even when warranted...this situation has left us with no choice.

We would like to clarify that we have never advertised the Farm House as having central air conditioning. Our listing has always stated that the property is equipped with a portable air conditioner. To prevent any future misunderstanding, we have since removed the portable AC from our listing. While we made all efforts to respond to your many demands throughout your stay, we are sorry our visits, calls and purchases did not meet your needs. At one point, there were at least five members of our team working together to address your concerns. We are truly sorry if our efforts did not make you feel supported or if you felt your concerns were being ignored. That was never our intention. The many positive reviews we have received—not only for the Farm House but also for our other properties—reflect our commitment to providing excellent customer service and memorable guest experiences. We genuinely care about our guests and always strive to resolve issues as quickly and effectively as possible. Once again, we sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience we provide for future guests.

Our stay at Tiffany’s farm was flawless and provided all guests with the space and tools needed to explore the endless amenities this beautiful property has to offer. I would highly recommend to any group, small or large, and look forward to returning again!

Wonderful experience

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this gorgeous house. It was spacious, cozy and welcoming! Our entire family including our dog had a great time. We for sure will be back~

The property's Grade -A trout stream contains the cleanest water in the country. These healing waters are part of the famous watershed providing the champagne water to New York's drinking water system. The property’s wetlands and running stream promote a long nights sleep rarely experienced anywhere else.

You can also enjoy hiking the property, lounging in quiet, mushroom hunting or reading a book in a cozy nook.

The farm is conveniently located two miles from the Belleayre Ski Resort. There are also close by opportunities for golf, hiking, kayaking, shopping at local markets, and other fun-filled activities.
