The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable for the two of us and our small dog. The location was both peaceful and beautiful, with private access to the lake. The area offered many interesting areas to explore, from walking trails to historic sites. Our hosts were very responsive. We highly recommend this property.Greg and Eve

This was a last minute booking for us. It could not have exceeded our expectations more! The property was beautiful, the house was charming and comfortable. We absolutely loved it !! Small things were taken care of, like ice in the freezer. The kitchen was full functioning with pots and pans ( I had brought my own). It felt so good to unplug and relax for a couple days. Our favorite place was the screened porch. We ate every meal, played cards,and drank wine, looking over the lake and lovely grounds. John met us when we first arrived to welcome us. We were very grateful to be able to unwind in such a beautiful setting. We look forward to booking again!

Amazing lovely clean cottage on lake. So quiet and peaceful, private setting. Love the screened in porch and views of lake from inside of the cottage. Fishing is the best, whether from dock or from boats. Very comfy. Our dog loved it too! Nice local grocery store, bakery, package store, and restaurants very close. This was second visit here and will book again soon!
