Wonderful Stay

Great location, loved the swing on our patio, amenities in unit were just what we needed for the week, the pools were clean and refreshing, beach was not overcrowded and chair service (provided by the City) was reasonable, the complex is a very short walk to good food and shopping on Main Street. Loved everything about it and looking to book a return trip next year!

Our room was clean and very nice. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. However the facility was dated and in need of repairs and updates. The pool was disgusting. Ducks were swimming in the pool and it was filled with leaves, dirt, and had trash floating in it. The hot tub and kiddie pool was the same. Pictures of the pool and outside area was very misleading. Free attraction tickets were also advertised along with our booking but we weren’t given any. The pool across the street was open but too cold to use. The hot tub there was set at 77 degrees and when we asked for it to be turned up so we could use it, they just unhooked it and closed it off. I was very selective when choosing this room because my family and kids specifically wanted a pool and hot tub to use and the pictures looked so nice but were very deceiving. Our room was nice and clean but I would not ever stay at this facility again.

They never added a description to the booking that the pools were closed. Very misleading that the pools were open and ready to be used

Our goal is always to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we regret when we fall short. The outdoor pools are not heated so they had not opened yet for the season however, the hot tubs should have been operational. Unfortunately, the HOA found a part had gone back in the heater which required a part to be ordered.

Beach House

The property was wonderful, location was perfect. My kids enjoying the beach and the pool. We had some issues with ants, but talked with the rental property and got it sorted out. Unit was the perfect size for my family and I would go back again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice 😊 lace had problems with finding items such as hair dryer and washing machines had trouble with dishwasher some instructions on where to find items and operate items would have been nice no ceiling fans was not inconvenient

Great place

The oceanfront condo was perfect for our 3 generation family getaway. It was clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Dinner, ice cream and cocktails and line dancing were just a few blocks away. Coffee on the porch swing while looking out at the ocean waves was wonderful. We highly recommend

Put Simply, A Great Week

The accommodations, amenities and location were perfect for four 65+ golfers to celebrate 25 years of trips together. The condo had everything we needed for entertainment and cooking and the resort pool and hot tub were surprisingly both open for November use. Fantastic weather, six rounds of golf, walks on the beach and a couple of happy hours made for a perfect week.

Awesome condo

We really enjoyed our stay in 225. Loved seat in the porch swing in the evening watching the waves. Also enjoyed having breakfast out there on the screened porch. Beds were nice comfortable and clean. Plenty of cookware and dishes. Just all around a great place to stay we look forward to staying there again.

Family Beach Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the absolutely BEST time staying here for our recent vacation! Check in/out was a breeze. The condo was VERY nice and spacious. Loved the floor plan as well with the two twin beds away from the living room and other room. Our kids were staying in there and we didn’t feel the need to tip toe around. There were quite a few ants but I know that’s normal at the beach. 100/10 recommend! We will be back.

Review of Tilghman condo

This was by far the cleanest, roomiest and best priced living quarters we have experienced in either Myrtle Beach or at Gulf Shores. The kitchen utensils were numerous, up to date and in very good condition. A great beach front piece of property. We will definitely rent from this property and North Myrtle Beach Realty again. A job well done VRBO. Thanks for everything.

Lovely view & so close to the beach

We really enjoyed the excellent view and proximity to the beach. The porch swing on the balcony is a great feature. The condo was clean and comfortable. A couple of small details- there was only one dish towel in the kitchen so it would have been nice to have a couple of extras. Also, the tv remotes needed new batteries. Overall our family enjoyed our stay.

Great place

Our overall experience was great. A little mishap where the owners changed the modem so didn’t have internet the first night. The rental office told us we were in building 2 but in fact it is actually building 1. Other than that it was clean and big enough for us!

For the most part we were happy with our stay just a few things that need to be updated....the AC didnt always work ...the kitchen sink drain kept getting plugged and the front screen door handle fell off the first time we touched it when we arrived...but other than that we had a good time
