We are located on the 14th floor in this Oceanfront Condo at the highly requested Ocean Bay Club, walking distance to the sights, sounds and fun on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. New granite counter tops in Kitchen and Baths Jan 2024.
We will have Chairs and Umbrella(with Mikes Spike) available in the owners storage room for your use.

PARKING LEVELS 1-6: The height restriction for vehicles entering is 6 feet, 8 inches.
No guest motorcycles or golf carts are allowed on property.
This condo is beautifully furnished with flat screen TVs, free wireless internet, a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath and a huge oceanfront private balcony. The master and second bedroom each have king beds, the third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Luxury Vinyl floors are throughout the condo. For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, all details are covered for you - linens and towels are INCLUDED in our rates and your beds will be made for your arrival. True rent by owner, so no management fees. Sofa bed is available with sheets and pillows in closet if desired. Snowbird Rates for if full month is available. Also excellent Fall and Spring rates for that last minute getaway.

This condo is amazing! I was pleasantly surprised at how big it really is. I don't think the pictures do it justice. The location to the beach is unmatched. The pools were nice and slightly heated. The jets in the hot tub didn't work but maintenance is aware of it. The location to shops and restaurants is perfect! 10 out of 10 we will stay again!

This unit was ginormous! We had plenty of room for the kids to hang in the back bedrooms when they needed space, and we loved playing Spades on the coffee table in the living room. Having 2 full size couches, and 2 additional chairs in the living room was extremely helpful. Pretty much every other condo I have ever rented has not had enough seating for everyone.The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, a little narrow so its a one or two person at a time thing, but that can't be helped. I've never had a host offer the use of private chairs/umbrella, so that was an unexpected blessing. We very much enjoyed our stay and would gladly rent this unit from Ms. Pat again.

Sorry you had a bad experience. I personally inspected the unit after cleaning and found it to be clean, however I do respect all opinions and will inspect closer. I live in Ocean Bay Club and available for issues if guests have them most of the time or I can have housekeeping come by as well. Pat
