Easy check in, great location and view from the balcony. We had a hot water issue but they sent someone out the same day to fix it. Overall wonderful stay!!!

Great location

I love staying at this resort due to the convient location to many off-site attractions close by. Traffic is rarely and issue either at this location unlike down in Myrtle Beach area.

Nice Stay

We needed a place to stay a few days after Hurricane Helene and this place was great. Our oven quit working while we were there but they brought us a microwave which worked out fine.Very friendly people at the resort. Thanks

Great place!

Perfect for me and 3 kids. Convenient, great atmosphere and we really enjoyed our stay. View was amazing and scary at the same time lol very high up. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, space for food and drinks, worth the money.

Girls trip

We had an amazing time. It was me and my daughters 2 friends, age 15. Everything was clean and easily accessible. We would definitely stay again. The floors are very slippery when wet though, several of us slipped but no falls. Still had an amazing stay though.

On The Beach and Walking Distance To Barefoot Landing

The property was nice, beds were comfortable, parking and location were great for our stay in Myrtle Beach for the World Amateur Golf Tournament. The outdoor pools, lazy river and hot tubs were very nice with plenty of chairs. I did call to ask to have the floors cleaned and got a quick response and the floors were steam mopped.

Have always stayed at Beach Cove

Great condo, it is near the elevator so you can hear it at night. The kitchen is in need of a spatula to flip eggs and the toaster does not toast unless you hold the button down. Otherwise, great unit.

Very Pleasing

The only thing I would have prefered is cutting out driving down to the rental property. I feel as though the packet and pool bands could have been left in the property and the door code could have been texted. But other than that it was beautiful, comfortable, and clean.

Beautiful Oceanfront Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful oceanfront condo...the view was amazing!!! As far as the condo itself, it needs some updating. The sofa is worn out and the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting. Looked like it had never been clean!!! The 2 queen size beds were too hard for us but if you like hard mattresses then they're the ones for you. The hairdryer did not work so thank goodness I brought my own and we brought our own towels otherwise there would have been another charge if they needed to come in to wash their own supplied towels (stipulated in contract that guests are not allowed to wash their supplied towels). So after a 9 day stay no cleaning done and no sheet and towel refresh. Other than that the kitchen and layout of the condo was perfect!!!The hotel was great with the pools and restaurant. So worth it with the view and being directly on the beach!!

Bed/Fees

Both beds were hard as a rock, therefore sleep was horrible during our stay. Check-in/out process was annoying having to go to agency first. The rate for the room seems low, but then the fees triple that amount. False advertisement!

Beach Vacations with cold showers

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started out very excited for our stay at Myrtle Beach with North Beach Vacations as it had been recommended by a family friend who had been going for years, excitement quickly turned to disappointment as we spent the entire 5 day stay taking cold showers as we had no hot water at all in our unit . We notified North Beach the first day and they sent someone out who wasn’t able to fix the issue. We had to follow up with North Beach every day as they would send someone out to work on it and they could only get the hot water heater to work for a short time before it broke again. After only getting to take 1 hot shower the entire week and seemingly brushed off by anyone we talked to at their office we are thoroughly disappointed and would never book through North Beach again. Not to mention the unit wasn’t properly cleaned upon check in as there was gum and sunflower seeds on the restroom floor.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we loved our experience. This was a well overdue vacation for my girlfriend and I. We loved being able to see the ocean from our bedroom. Aside from being a little dusty, the room was really clean. The one thing I ask of North Beach is to have someone remove the extra tiles and painting supplies from the unit. May also want to fix the hole in the bottom of the bedroom closet. Also, may want to remove the dishwasher tabs from the initial set up since there isn't a dishwasher.

Great place to stay

Overall, the condo was great! It was just as described. It was very clean. I will say the beds are EXTRA firm and the sofa may be ready for retirement, but my family and I felt very comfortable there. The condo also had amazing views of fireworks from the front door balcony and the ocean view back balcony. While the condo itself was great, we did have an issue with the parking garage at the resort. Someone hit my rental car and the cameras just happened to "glitch" at the time I needed. It's very frustrating, as I only have my word now in dealing with my not so great insurance company. Just be aware and park away from people, which is what I normally do. However, I think people were parking there that were not guest of the resort. It was BUSY!
