Amazing house, so much room and super well stocked with everything you would need. Steps away from the beach access and in a very quiet cul de sac. Would definitely stay here again with a large group!

Nice house close to relaxing beach

Great place for our extended family vacation! Plenty of room for two families with 2 toddlers/babies each + grandparents, easy walk to the beach, quick drive to restaurants and pier. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, well kept and very comfortably accommodated our party of 8. The house has easy access to the beach - only a block away. So it was easy to run back and forth as needed. The beach is beautiful, very fine sand and not too busy. We rented chairs and umbrellas from the Carolina rental that provided us with a credit upon booking the property. This worked very well. The chairs were very comfortable and the umbrellas were easy to install. Recommendation: bring your own drink holders as the chairs don’t have them. There are no beach towels at the house, so we brought our own Turkish towels to avoid using bath towels. The screened in porch was probably our favorite feature. We spent our evenings out there, free from bugs, which was wonderful. The house has a lot of fans, which is nice. The min temp is 72 degrees, slightly warm for some of our party at night, but the fans made it nice and comfortable. Parking is very generous with a huge garage and driveway. Would definitely stay at this property again. We had a wonderful, long weekend.

The house was new construction, tastefully decorated, and spacious. Perfect location to combine three generations of family with proximity to the beach. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking and baking.

Family beach trip

This house was amazing! Huge rooms and plenty of space for everyone. Well equipped and in very close proximity to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Folly Beach! We toured the college of Charleston with our oldest and loved everything about Charleston. The house has great space and was in a great location.

Fantastic and Great location

The location to the beach was amazing. You feel very secluded and tucked away even though you are right across the street from the beach. The home is amazing and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Wonderful Beach Stay!

This home is all it was advertised to be. The house easily accommodated all 10 of us. The bedrooms were spacious, and the extra room with the bunkbeds and daybed were perfect for the kids. The dining area seated all ten of us at one table and the kitchen was excellent. What a wonderful space to spend a week with family - and so close to Charleston! The icemaker was not working, but they delivered bags of ice within a short period of time. This was a great beach vacation!

Great house

Six friends and I stayed in this house for 6 nights. We chose it partly for its open layout so that we could all be together and weren’t disappointed. It is beautiful and is our favorite house that we have rented over many years in many locations. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Though the weather wasn’t great, it was still nice to be so close to the beach.

We have rented properties for years and I always check out how everyone is enjoying a property in our group! I heard no complaints and many compliments!!! Open, airy, feel and very close to the beach...private and tons of room for the kids to play...This property is a gem!

So much space

We loved this home. We were in town to spend Thanksgiving with our son and his friends from the Nuclear Power School. The home was big enough for all of us with room to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed for a big Thanksgiving dinner. The location was so convenient to the beach - down the driveway and across the street. The area is so quiet at night, we could hear the waves. We will definitely book again.

AMAZING

This property was amazing. Spotless clean. Exactly as described/pictured. Easy process to check-in/out. Zero issues. We had a group of all adults staying for a competition event at the North Charleston Coliseum and it was worth the drive back/forth every day. We didn't get to enjoy the beach but it was literally across the street. The kitchen was also perfect, which was very important to our group - even top of the line appliances. Thank you for an amazing property!!

Beautiful, spacious home

We had a wonderful stay in this home! It is plenty spacious, and really loved the floor plan. Truly is a short walk across the street to the beach access. The house is off the beaten path so it has some privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked! The bathrooms and closets were extremely spacious. The only thing we wished we had was the garage door code as it was a little hard going up and down the stairs from the beach to enter the house. Also, the only entrance in and out of the home is going up and down a flight of stairs, which was not a problem for our group, but may be good to know for those that don't do stairs well. Lovely home and would definitely stay there again!

This home was everything it promised to be. Great location to the beach, spacious for family, clean and superb customer services from our property manager from Carolina One. Heads Up: 1) The "outdoor" shower in the garage could be a popular hangout for mosquitoes. The first day some of our guests got bit up with in minutes of trying to get rinsed off. 2) The homeowner doesn't provide access to the garage doors with an opener or code which means when you leave for the beac you have to leave the house unlocked or make sure everyone has to memorize the door code. If the house is kept locked while at the beach you'll need to use front door to get in without access to the shower. But there is a hose outside the garage doors to rinse off sandy feet and bodies before going inside. Just a little inconvenient, but not worth not renting. For our week with a full house of guests there always seemed to be one person back at the house.

Loved this place

We enjoyed this house. The only issue we had was the amount of mosquitoes that are outside. Even with bug spray we were eaten alive.

Great experience

The house was clean. There were enough dishes, which can be an issue with big groups. Overall, wonderful experience. I would recommend this property to others.

Great location.

The beautiful house was perfectly located tucked away giving us privacy with peaceful evenings and a very short walk to the beach. It has 2 master bedrooms with plenty of room for multiple family.

Impromptu Golf/Bachelor Trip

We really enjoyed everything about this property. Location in relation to the beach was exactly what we were looking for, and 25 min to downtown. Tucked away from any other properties gave us a sense of privacy. Would certainly stay again!

tree house hide away

Fabulous house tucked away from the main drag in Folly Beach, but one short block away from the waves, sand and surf. Bright, new interiors that were very comfortable for all. Quiet and relaxing. Had all the amenities we could ask for in a very well appointed property. Great stay!!!
