Luxe 5 chambres 4. 5 bains maison de vacances avec accÚs direct à l'océan. Cette maison offre un plan d'étage inversé avec tous les nouveaux meubles. Le premier étage offre une suite parentale avec trÚs grand lit, 2 chambres avec lit queen-size et 1 chambre double / lits jumeaux. Le premier étage a également une buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse et deuxiÚme réfrigérateur. Le deuxiÚme étage a un immense salon avec cuisine / salle à manger ouverte. Le deuxiÚme étage a également une suite parentale king, une chambre en Floride à cÎté de la cuisine et un grenier à l'étage veuves. Les deux étages offrent des porches enveloppants avec de belles vues sur l'océan. Cette maison est située à 3 pùtés de maisons du centre-ville de Folly Beach, Folly Beach Pier et à 15-20 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Charleston. Overall we had a good week but there were some issues early on. The floors had not been swept and there were several ant traps placed around the third floor. We found out why as within the first 30 minutes we killed a dozen big red ants. We slid the couch and loveseat forward and found food crumbs, candy wrappers and other trash underneath. The majority of the ants were found in this area. We purchased spray and treated around the sliding doors, baseboards and windows. We also placed new ant traps. After this we didn't see many over the rest of the week until the day we were leaving. The cleaning crew did not stock toilet paper outside of what was on the rollers. This was true for all the bathrooms. We had 9 people so that wasn't going to work. There was a secondary refrigerator on the second floor. It didn't cool and the freezer wouldn't freeze. We reviewed the owners manual to trouble shoot the issue and did everything it suggested. Nothing worked! One of the A/C units did not seem to be working. When we checked the controls on the third floor one, all was good. The second floor one read that is was not working. There were two grills on the third floor back porch. One had no interior guts to it so it was no more than a shell. The other was in horrible condition. We lifted the grilling racks to clean them and noticed one of the flavoring bars was totally rusted out and snapped in half. The other was in horrible condition but still intact. All else was good.

Spacious & lovely home. Very good location. Kitchen well equipped. Parking excellent. Elevator was wonderful.Host, Kate, was very attentive and helpful.Floors were not swept well. Living room rug needed cleaning :(

This is an awesome property! It is beautiful - large enough to accommodate family gatherings and so very comfortable! The beach is a stone's throw away and so gorgeous! The house is in walking distance of Center Street and all the restaurants & shopping anyone could want! Kate (our host) is super - very easy to contact and ensures that any needs are taken care of quickly. She definitely made me feel as though my family's visit was if the utmost importance to her. My whole crew feels as though we have found our vacation home/place!

Brilliant property!!!! Don’t waste your money on oceanfront. This house is huge and right across the street from beach access. You will not beat the location, amenities m, and price.

A New Folly Adventure

As our family number has increased, we were looking for a larger venue for our annual vacation at Folly Beach. We were pleased with the location, easy access to the beach, comfortable beds and spacious gathering areas. Our granddaughter referred to the house as "our mansion" at the beach.

Amazing Stay!!

This lovely house was amazing for our group of teachers! The top level was very spacious! The host was incredible with some minor issues and expedited solutions!! Check in and check out was incredibly easy. The elevator was a super plus for our group! The walk to the beach is super easy with access across the street! Steps away from the ocean.

This is a very nice home with plenty of room for a large family. There are alot of stairs but the elevator makes it convenient. The photos are accurate. Location is perfect and there’s ample parking. The manager is very responsive

Beach House

Such a beautiful house steps from the beach. The beach access is directly across the street from this house, The decks are amazing and the kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for all of us to hang out in.Love Love Love this house!

Amazing stay

This beautiful and spacious home was even better than expected! The elevator allowed older family members the ability to access everywhere with ease and made packing and unpacking so much easier. Everything in the home was top notch and made for an unforgettable trip. Location was fantastic as well.

A great place for family

There was room for three generations. All we needed was supplied. The elevator was a great asset for a grandfather with mobility issues and all were grateful when it came time to move luggage. Would highly recommend. Kate was very responsive to every text.

Greatest Ever!

This was our most outstanding stay at Folly. The house was directly across from the public beach access and a short walk to Center Street. The house had everything, room to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked, there wasn't a thing we needed. Sitting on the upper deck and listening to the ocean crash is the most relaxing thing in the world! Our host was very accommodating and thought of everything. Our visit could not have been better!
