The studio apartment was just what I needed for a long term rental for a job away from home.

Great for a couple or a man who needs a place for one or two nights
The place is nicely furnished and has a comfortable bed. Downsides: There are no windows screens and outside the complex there are lizards lurking everywhere. Occosionally you will have a cockroach in the shower that likes to play dead but is not really dead. Since there is no window access with screen and no vent, if you are staying a long time then the place starts to have a strong damp stench. Also, if you need to do work, the WiFi keeps dropping off. I would recommend it to a couple or man because the entrance is in a sort of a alley way within a narrow opening and can be difficult for a women to not be a bit scared at night even if it is a safe neighborhood.

I absolutely love to create beautiful spaces and make guests feel special when they travel to our area!
Why they chose this property
There are many areas of St. Petersburg, but this area is one of my favorites. There's a walking trail around Crescent Lake and is one of the most pleasant and peaceful walks, especially in the evening as the sun is setting. Home are historic and have an enormous amount of charm. Neighbors are friendly - always out walking their dogs. You're close to everything - shopping, dining, downtown, Rays stadium, the interstate, which will take you anywhere you want to go in a matter of minutes. The location is one of the best in St. Petersburg!
What makes this property unique
Every property I "create" through design is special in it's own way. I pick a theme that I want to use and then design a space around that, paying attention to each and every detail. Towels are always extra fluffy and soft, the sheets are always cotton so guests never get too hot, the cups and dishware is all in line with the theme, and I love to leave inspirational messages throughout for guests. I leave throws around so someone can cuddle up anywhere in the house, just as though they are home. Colors and rugs are specially picked, and I always with high quality materials. I try and think of every detail to make guests feel like they've entered a home that's warm, inviting, and peaceful.
