Beach house is very spacious with plenty of room up and under home. Spacious covered entertainment area with grill and 4 burner stove. TV, sofa area, dining area, and barstool area for large groups to gather after a day at the beach. Unique fire pit in backyard named Mater on a cool night under the stars. Fun yard games for kids and adults to play. Large front porch for watching the sunset in late afternoon.

Great hosts, very communicative and available. House is in the perfect location in Pass Christian Mississippi, half a block from downtown, perfect for walking to lunch or dinner or getting a snack. The house itself is new, clean, and perfect for a couple or a family. We could not have been more pleased and will definitely stay again.

Gina's place is beautiful! The location is extremely walkable to town and still feels quiet. It's very clean and has a good amount of room for our extended family vacation. The things to be aware of are - Train noise-there is a train that comes though and didn't bother me but did wake my mom up. She's a lighter sleeper. Wildlife- Gina was kind enough to let us know about the potential for snakes in the creek at the back of the property. I'd still return but it would have been good to know upfront rather than after we arrived since we were traveling with kids. The food down at the pier is some of the best we had - cat island coffeehouse is a must visit as is Shaggys at the pier. Also, the park nearby is wonderful to walk around or to let kids play.

This house is perfect. One block from everything, beach, restaurants, fish market, gas station and harbor. Mrs Gina is the ultimate host. She provided all the information for fishing guides, grocery stores anything we needed or wanted she has the answers. Will definitely be back

Great VRBO walking distance to beach and downtown in Pass Christian.

My daughter got married in Pass Christian this past weekend. We needed a place to stay. Luckily we came across this precious house. It was perfect for our family and we got to bring our puppy dog. It was a perfect location and walking distance to the beach and downtown. Very clean and updated. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were so comfy! The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to coming back when we have more time (no wedding) to just relax and enjoy the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

We are walking distance to restaurants, shops, parks and downtown area. The Blue Turtle is close to all amenities and convenient to beach and harbor. You can walk to harbor and get fresh seafood to cook in the amazing outdoor kitchen. Many restaurants are within 2 blocks walking distance of house. Stroll the walking path along beach or walk to many parks. You can rent a bike or golf cart too.

What makes this property unique

We have an amazingly large covered entertainment area under home which includes a grill, 4 burner stove, dining table and bar area with bar chairs, sofa area with 65 inch TV for watching a game while grilling and enjoying the fresh air. We have yard games for the kids and adults and a unique fire pit in backyard named Mater for cool nights.
