A shared bathroom on this level ensures convenience for all, while elevator access facilitates seamless movement throughout the home.

Ascending to the second floor reveals a haven of comfort and conviviality. Two charming bunk beds beckon in one bedroom, perfect for young adventurers or extra guests. Sharing a full bathroom, this floor ensures convenience without compromising style. Meanwhile, another bedroom offers sophisticated elegance with its plush king bed, promising a luxurious retreat for weary travelers.

Venturing to the third floor, guests discover the vibrant heart of the home, the kitchen and living room. Bathed in natural light streaming through oversized windows, this inviting space offers a serene retreat for relaxation and socialization. The open kitchen, a culinary haven, equipped with modern amenities and adorned with panoramic ocean views. WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
