Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We had a very nice stay. Condo is close enough to shops & restaurants that we could walk. Had great Beach service renting the chairs & umbrella. Pool is small but water felt great.

An amazing location

The condo is a perfect location to walk to surf shops, restaurants and the beach! I loved drinking coffee every morning on the balcony and watching the dolphins swim up and down the coast. Choosing this condo hits the “easy button” for a perfect beach getaway.

Great view!

I worked for Hangout Fest 2023. This site was perfect! We could see the back of the main stage from the balcony. Pool was clean, the entire site was clean! I would definitely stay here again!

Location is Great

This is a very nice property that was cost effective for us. Each bedroom has a bathroom attached which was perfect for two couples. King size bed in one, queen size bed in the other (or maybe it was a full?). Plenty of room. The smaller bathroom could still use a few updates and improved lighting but it is fine for the price. Kitchen is stocked w dishes if needing to cook. Satellite works fine but I sure missed my larger TV. Location is perfect. Walk to most everything in Gulf Shores. We would stay here again.

Overall Poor Conditon

We arrived to a unit that stunk of marijuana and stale wet towels. We had to go buy candles to get rid of the smell but the stale, mildew stale stuck around all week. The walls were half painted in every room due to some wall repairs that weren’t finished and then the patio door lock fell off in my hand. I took it down to the office and they said they would put in a work order but after the whole week it was never fixed. There was mildew built up around the shower faucet as well. I told the front desk about all the concerns as well as contacted Brett Robinson properties who didn’t really seem to care. The photos on this ad are very deceiving. Overall disappointed with the condition of the unit.
