Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

NOTE: Island Winds East parking is limited to one (1) parking pass per unit (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival. Subject to change.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a great view of the beach. Location was great, in walking distance to stores and restaurants. The only issue we had was other guests above us kept smoking marijuana and it wasn’t pleasant sitting on the balcony.

It was good. Very dated and the floor was really dirty. The Ac duct work only provides are to the main area. They need to do some work with baffles or something the bedrooms are very hott!Overall a good stay. Our check in was rough. We got there early to enjoy the day, however there was no where to unload the car or place to hold our things until the room was ready. Really wish they thought about families traveling far, and how to accommodate them once they arrive so they can enjoy their First day!

The property was beautiful and clean. Good location. Just needed a dust pan to sweep up the sand. I brought my husband, 2 teenagers, and my mom. It sleeps 5 people comfortably. We enjoyed every moment. Even my teenagers were happy. The only problem was that we eventually had to leave to come back home to Missouri.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our ceiling was falling, hood over stove didnt work, one of the chairs at the table was broken. No umbrellas at pool and chairs where very uncomfortable. Light in livingroom wouldnt work.

Wonderful location, as advertised right on the beach and parking was always available. Stay was 6 nights. First floor condo is the way to go, can take stairs easily or elevator. Property was safe and comfortable. Only recommendations to property owner: 1) get rid of the gnats! 2) check the bathroom vents for mold and 3) please provide dish soap and more than 1 trash bag. For the cost of the nightly stay I think it's more than reasonable to provide a few extra items like dish soap. Overall, thank you for the memories.

Great location but needs updates

The location was great, but the unit needs remodeling, updates. The ceiling paint is chipping and hanging off. The curtains in one room don’t match. There is no access to Netflix Overall we enjoyed our stay, but the lack of updates should be noted on the listing.

The property was located in a great location that was easy to walk to stores, restaurants, and mini putt. Quick walk to the beach and able to see the beach from the balcony. We did not receive our check in instructions before check in but received them quickly after I texted. Property needs some cleaning of the walls and cabinet doors. We could never get the tv in the bedroom to work. The Wi-Fi was very weak on the balcony. Overall, it was average and we have stayed at a nicer condo down the road for less money.

Location was great!

Pros: Location was right on the beach! The beds were very comfy. The unit was quiet, even though it was right above the pool and parking lot. And it was pretty nice. Cons: The welcome packet did not include anything for washing dishes, in the sink or the dishwasher, so if you use the dishes, you will have to buy dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Which I felt for the money you are paying was a little ridiculous, since they require you to run the dishwasher when you leave. Also, there were a couple of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed like light bulbs and a bad toilet seat in one of the bathrooms, but nothing we couldn't live with.
