Spring is in the air as the newborn baby horses, baby goats and calves arrive!
We added a petting area for the goats next to the apartment and we have added a miniature donkey named BB. She is just adorable and loves to be fed and petted.
We love to see the looks of wonderment in their eyes when they see the Milky Way for the first time while making s'mores in the fire pit.
Let them use the sidewalk chalk and draw on our large patio area in front of the apt. Adults have drawn some pretty cool pictures too!!!
Horses and goats are in pasture right next to the apartment and you can watch them from your bed!
Now that Winter has arrived, the milk way is SO easy to see. We are often in the path of the ISIS!!
Bring the dogs and let them enjoy the large fenced front yard, feel free to let them run free and off their leashes!
Bring the S'mores and use our fire pit to roast the marshmallows while gazing at the stars. No need to bring the firewood. We will provide enough for each night you are here and will lay the fire for you!!!
Come Springtime, enjoy your private 12 x 45 salt water pool. All YOURS to enjoy!!!!

New sofa bed and mattress. New dining room table.
Freshened up the place with new paint, furniture, pillows, dinnerware, glassware, etc.
The 8 point deer are our only neighbors.
Yet close to I-85 exit w/ Tanger Outlet for shopping, Starbucks and lots of restaurants such as Outback, Longhorns, Applebee's, and many more!

Your guest house has a full kitchen with standard size refrigerator and stove. Stocked with lots of bake ware, dinnerware, silverware and basic spices and condiments. Feel free to bring your groceries and make yourself at home.
Dining area has large 6 person table along with small table to play checkers or chess
Living room has a comfortable new queen sofa bed
Bedroom has queen bed. There is a 3/4 wall separating bedroom from living room/kitchen.
Enjoy the fire pit, corn hole game or horse shoe pit and then gaze at the milky way away from the city lights!!
Smoking is permitted outside only. Lots of swings and chairs to get comfortable in the shade.
Sleeps 4 in beds, but we do allow additional people but you need to provide your own blow up bed or pile into the two queen beds. Contact me before booking.
Some people pitch a tent and camp to get a true wilderness experience!
Sometimes we leave for the weekend giving you the ENTIRE farm to yourselves!
Total privacy!!!
We do not have any cameras in or near the apartment; just ones pointing to the barn and pasture to make sure our livestock are safe.
You will required to sign a release of liability form as this is a working farm and have access to our pool.
