Brand New Lake House on Norris Lake ~ Includes Paddle Boards and Kayaks!

This is the perfect lake getaway for you and your family. This newly built home is located on a fairly large, quiet cove and comes equipped with modern amenities, a hot tub, and private access to a boat dock. The boat dock is approximately 20 x 30 with a single covered slip, multiple places to tie up your boat and an open area with chairs.

There are 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks available on the property for use (Guests will need to bring their own life jackets). If you want to bring your boat, there is a nice concrete public boat ramp about a 10-mile drive from the house where you can put your boat in the water. Can't bring your boat with you? Nearby, Beach Island Marina and Cedar Grove Marinas offer pontoon and ski boat rentals.

During the day, you'll have unfettered access to Norris Lake, the cleanest lake in East Tennessee. The dock sits in a cove that is quiet, undisturbed, and perfect for swimming and other types of water activities.

After a long day on the water, there is nothing more inviting than coming into a comfortable home and kicking up your feet. This home is equipped with a 60 inch satellite TV, internet service, a beautiful kitchen that will allow the most experienced chef to spread his or her wings, an outside deck with a gas grill for cooking when you don't feel like spending time in the kitchen, and a hot tub perfect for a relaxing end to your day.

Want to roast a few marshmallows? Grab those skewers and enjoy an evening by the fire pit under the stars. Or, turn off the screen and enjoy some spirited board games with your friends/family.

Family Lake Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The lake is easily accessible. This was a big deal, especially with two kids under 7 and toting a bunch of stuff for the boat. We all enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks, firepit and hot tub. The screened in deck was perfect for dining.

Wonderful rental. Location was great and the house was perfect for our family of 5. Owner responded quickly to our questions. We rented a boat and water mat from a nearby marina and the kids had a blast. The lake is gorgeous! The screened porch was great and we enjoyed the hot tub too. Wonderful time on Lake Norris

The house was just the right size for our family of 4 and 2 other adult family members half way through the week. We all enjoyed the screened in back deck and swimming off the dock. We enjoyed kayaking in the quiet cove area. The private dock worked great for us as we rented a boat for a few days during our stay. The house was convenient to grocery stores and several marinas. Communication with the owner was great from booking to checking in and out. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely lake house, and it was an unforgettable experience. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy the beautiful views while dining. The easy walk to the boat dock was a huge plus, allowing us to easily access our boat and spend quality time on the water.The house itself was very clean, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We had a wonderful time during our short stay. The property is only about a 10 minute boat ride from Cedar Grove where we rented the pontoon boat and the covered boat dock was amazingly convenient. Been coming to Norris for 3 years, this is easily the best place we've stayed. Great location. Easy walk down to water (big perk). Back porch is awesome. Comfortable beds. Kitchen very well stocked.
