Built in 2019, FirstTraxLodge is like no other property on Norris Lake because of its OUTDOOR kitchen / OUTDOOR dining / OUTDOOR lounge areas. A true paradise, to create family memories, that will set the bar and last a life time!

Lake life is ALL about being OUTSIDE regardless of the weather. If a "Rain delay" occurs, you won't have to be trapped indoors, as FirstTraxLodge offers two incredibly large comfortable decks. Both decks are well protected from the elements, allowing you to enjoy the fresh outdoors, rain or shine - night or day. Additionally, a hanging twin bed is located on the lake-level deck, which is perfect for that afternoon nap or a full-nights sleep, while listening to the lake - the best alarm clock is the belly flop, of a Striper Bass, which routinely patrol the boat dock. The main level deck features an "Outdoor living area" w full kitchen (EVO cooking stone - built-in BLAZE "Commercial" natural gas grill, sink, two refrigerators), Dining area with a Sassafras table that seats 12 and a island that seats four. The "Lounge" has a comfortable sectional couch with a 65" smart TV located above the fireplace.

"First TRAX Lodge" is 3,400 sq ft w a "Lodge" feel from its handcrafted Amish pine bed frames, pine ceiling w Red Oak Hardwood flooring.

HOME comforts include: A bidet in the Master Bath, four full bathrooms, cathedral pine ceiling, canoe chandelier, three fully covered decks (One on street side and Two on Lakeside), TREX decking (No splinters), granite counter tops, whiskey barrel table autographed at Bourbon 30 distillery, beautiful view of Big Creek with TVA land on opposite side (Awesome views of wildlife - BRING your binoculars).

When we built First Trax Lodge, we placed it as close to the water, as legally allowed, resulting in a SHORT walk from lake. You and your crew will not have to endure a steep mountain hike after a great day on the water!

You will have access to a commercial ice machine that can make 100 pounds of ice per day, so you don't have to purchase melted marina ice.

There is a concrete walkway to the dock. To access the concrete walkway, there are one of two exits off the bottom deck. One large set of stairs in the middle of the deck, offering direct access to the dock, the other located on the side, as you walk down the stairs from the upper, outdoor kitchen area.

The two story dock offers: Dock-age for FOUR boats w two boat slips fully covered / Power outputs / Four outdoor speakers w Bluetooth connectivity / 2,300 Sq Foot with 1,152 sq ft upper deck - gather place - sun deck - morning workout area / Brazilian Hardwood decking which is soft on the feet / Completely finished ceiling to prevent birds from nesting above your boat, you know what that means - NO BIRD DROPPINGS / Gutters and downspouts.

Misc comforts include: 60 yards of "Stabilized" shoreline with brand new Rip Rap Limestone (For crystal clear water) / Quiet peaceful neighborhood.

There are (3) 65", (1) 49" and (1) 32" 4K Smart TV's at the Lodge, for you to enjoy a good game, movie or let the kids plug in their gaming devices.

Located near Knoxville and proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, offer a wide variety of vacation attractions.
