Hop in the car, and more beaches, shops, and restaurants await in downtown Holmes Beach 1.5 miles south.

Great space, close to the beach.

Just a few blocks to walk to a more residential beach area that is less crowded. Very well kept home, air conditioner doesn't keep up really well, but our boys loved the shuffleboard and corn hole games!

Nice beach house

Very nicely decorated and very clean. Tons of storage space and dressers. Washer and dryer available! 1 block from the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice porch and back patio with grill, table, and shuffleboard court. 4 stars only because of issues with the sliding door, only 1 accessible coded door, and dimly lit kitchen. Everything else was great.

We loved the quaint guava beach house! It was very comfortable and perfect for us, so close to the beautiful beach, just a short walk down the street! My 9 year old grandson really enjoyed that part also! Boogie board beach days, and sunset nights. Great location. The weather was so nice the week we were there, highly recommend staying at guava getaway! Thank you so much for the memories.

I would not use Vacasa again. Horrible property management.

The property had 2 full beds, not queens. The property was not clean! This would be the fault of Vacasa, not the property owner. When you call the local number for Vacasa on Anna Maria Island you get Portland, Oregon. They take your information for the local management to call and they never call!! Would not use Vacasa again!! Use a local Anna Maria Island rental agency.

Beautiful place, good price, Had trouble with the washer

Loved the decorations, central air was awesome, a must in the Florida heat! Very welcoming, large gathering area out back. Had a bit of trouble with the sliding glass and the washer never worked correctly. But they offer laundry service! We definitely enjoyed our stay.
