Hello and welcome to the beautiful Paradise of Holmes Beach! Thank you for choosing to stay with us, Mike and Kerry Anton. Please reach out to us with any question you may have!
Trash/Recycle-Pls use bins that are already full/in use before adding to an empty one • Trash (Green Bin near unit 122)-place curb-side Mon/fri AM. • Recycling (Blue Bin)-place curb-side on Tues AM.
• put trash/recyclables in outside bins • Set thermostat to 78° • lock windows/doors • Clean, dry and put dishes away • Put furniture back to where it was. leave beach items on front patio area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No cleaning/scaling fish inside or outside the townhome
Please only use nominal toilet paper, do not dispose or anything else, including wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc in the toilets.
2 parking spaces available per unit - please be mindful of neighbor’s parking spots
