The Crows Nest was perfectly decorated, well cared for, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the beach locker, and left a few items for the next families! The 1.5 blocks to the beach was perfect. We also loved the pool. Definitely benefited from the W/D down stairs. Didn't want to leave after 13 nights!

Great stay

We loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and had everything for a beach vacation. We loved that the beach locker had plenty of beach chairs to accommodate our family and other families staying on the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The place was perfect! Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood to walk the dogs. The only downfall is that we didn’t realize that the dogs couldn’t be on the beach, which had nothing to do with Spinnaker resort. Had a great time would do again.

My husband and I and our little dog Marco loved our stay at the Crow's Nest Cottage. We found it very quiet and peaceful. We loved our private upper deck and enjoyed grilling and relaxing at the pool. We appreciated the comfortable king bed, lovely bath towels and beach towels and we found the kitchen was well stocked with cookware for the meals we prepared. This is the first time we didn't rent a vehicle and we didn't miss it. We did alot of walking and the beautiful beach is less than a 10 min walk. You can't beat the location. Shopping and places to eat are very close by. We took the free trolley anywhere we needed to go on the island. We would love to stay here again

My family and I absolutely loved staying at the Crows Nest. Amazing home, and amazing location. This was our third visit to the island and all agreed this is the ideal location for access to everything. Everything in the home was as described and worked as expected. Great host. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Great Little Getaway!!

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Crow's Nest!! We spent all of our days on the beautiful beach and cozy evenings enjoying dinner together and hanging out in the condo. Loved the place!!

Fantastic week in the sun

The cottage was absolutely lovely, and so close to the beach access path. We loved using the pool and made good use of the beach equipment. Fantastic place for a couple. Definitely will be back!

Great little place in Holmes Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at the Crow's Nest. It is well laid out and well supplied. It was just my husband and I but loved that there were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for everyone staying at the property to use. The beach is super close and easy to access along with the island trolley. Such a cute little hideaway and we would definitely stay again!

Just the two of us

Great property to spend the week. It was just the two of us so the property we rented fit us perfectly. The location is quiet, close to the beach, restaurants, etc. The onsite pool was very nice as well. We loved our stay and will be back again.

Lovely in every way

The rooms were clean and attractive and had everything we needed. Towels, pool towels, hair dryer, coffee maker, dishes and utensils were very nice. There is a very cute lift we didn’t use but really liked, the veranda is nice, and each unit is private but amenable to visiting in the courtyard and pool area. It is only a short walk to the beach and free shuttle stop.

Great property and location

My wife and ai spent a week at the property and we truly loved our experience. The property is steps away from a beautiful less crowded part of the beach and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The unit was comfortable, clean, and everything on the description was provided. We look forward to coming back soon.

The Crows Nest is a perfectly unique, twist to a beach vacation. Not your basic beach rental. So close to the beach, that you can easily pop back and forth often. They even provide wagons, chairs and umbrellas! Kitchen had all things necessary to prepare meals, and more. I would go back in a second!! ALSO, as we pulled in , the owner was dropping something off and she was so welcoming. Gave us plenty of recommendations and tips. This is a true gem !!!

Restful two weeks

First time staying here in the Crow’s Nest. Clean, convenient and close to everything. Went in late October so place was quiet; we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Place is well maintained. Would like to go back next year

Perfect

We absolutely loved our stay at the Crows Nest! The beach was a very short walk away with local restaurants and pubs less than 1/2 mile away. We walked every where we needed to go. We ate in a lot so we were happy the kitchen was adequately supplied for our needs. We loved our stay!

Beautiful

We had an amazing low key week staying the in the Crows nest, it was perfect for myself and two boys (9 and 7) Great pool and short walk to the beach. My only complaint is the beds- they were really hard, one of my boys decided it was more comfortable to sleep on the couch! Will absolutely be staying here again!

It was perfect for our family of 4 - the accommodations, the pool, the location, the distance to sights/stores/food. It truly had everything we needed. Very comfortable and felt like home. The free trolley up and down the island was very handy. We will be back!
