Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the private pool and private beach access. All staff and owners are very nice and helpful. Perfect of rosters to relax and kids to have fun. Only issue was not having a shuttle stop close by.

The condo was nice. The A/C was frozen up when we got there and it was hot. Luckily the on-site maintenance team figured it out and fixed it. Also there is a glass-topped desk that had a broken glass top when we got there.

Great View

Overall, I give this place 4 stars. Pros: •Great view •Spacious condo •Great Location •Beautiful pool - great for young kids •They provide enough soap, dish soap, laundry detergent to get you going - it was a nice touch Cons: •You can't check in until 4 pm - we were told there was no way to override that, which is ridiculous •Tight security - there are tons of gates and codes to get to the pool and beach. And you have to wear bracelets so people know where you're staying - just seemed a bit extreme. It stormed a lot, which we understand keeping people out of the pool when it's not safe, but it took them 2 hours to open the pool back after they said they would open it after 30 minutes of no thunder or lightning - again, a bit extreme. •Water did not stay hot for very long no matter how many people were showering at once •Kitchen water faucet kept dripping even when off Overall, we had a great time and I think we would come back, but I've also stayed at places we like better.
