This remodeled 3 bedroom Powderhorn condominium is only 150 yards from the 6-person Quicksilver chairlift at the base of Peak 9.

It is located just one block from the heart of downtown Breckenridge, and just a 2 minute walk to the chairlift at the base of Peak 9.

This condominium is beautifully decorated throughout.

Dedicated and free underground parking space.

Incredible mountain views from the south facing balcony.

This spacious unit also offers guests access to the Columbine pool and hot tubs. (Closed for refurbishment April to November 2018).

In the lounge area we have two leather queen sofa beds. Also a day bed in the downstairs master bedroom and a child bed (twin) in a nook upstairs - this makes the maximum occupancy 10.

Free Wifi and Cable TV.

The location was central to everything, an easy walk to both the chairlift (in snowboard boots) and downtown. Lots of space, reasonably stocked kitchen, and everything was clean.
