L'un des meilleurs de Folly! ALLER.'s Escapade est une maison surélevée de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain. Profitez de l'intimité d'être la seule maison sur la route avec un grand parking pour automobiles, bateaux et jet-skis. A l'intérieur, vous trouverez tout le confort de la maison. Cette maison classique de Folly Beach a un plan d'étage ouvert qui s'étend du salon à la salle à manger et à la cuisine. Rassemblez-vous dans le salon où vous pourrez vous détendre et admirer la vue des vagues ou regarder un bon film via Roku qui donne accès à Netflix, Amazon Video et plus encore avec votre identifiant personnel. Huit invités seront très à l'aise ici. La suite principale comprend un lit king size, une télévision à écran plat, une salle de bain attenante et une vue sur l'océan. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et offre également une vue sur l'océan. La troisième chambre a un lit king et un lit jumeau. Il y a un autre lit simple juste au-delà du salon.

À l'extérieur, il y a une grande terrasse ouverte surélevée ainsi qu'un porche grillagé à la fois parfait pour profiter des images et des sons de l'océan. Sous la maison, il y a un espace pour faire des grillades et se détendre après une longue journée à la plage. Vous trouverez également une douche extérieure et la troisième salle de bains se trouve également sous la maison. Les chiens bien élevés ne sont autorisés qu'après approbation et frais pour animaux de compagnie. Nous aurons besoin de la race et de la taille de votre chien avant l'approbation. If you're looking for a family-friendly place that's in walking distance to the beach and makes it easy to bring your dogs, this is it. The space under the house is much bigger in person and offers 3 separate showers from the two bathrooms inside. Our family felt safe, comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Great place with the grand kids

It was a great place with small children. I was concerned with the wiring of some of the outlets.

We had a terrific stay and we will be coming back next year! The only thing I would check for is fleas. I am not saying this house has them as I did not see anything, but I kept getting bit on my legs, ankles and feet while being in the house. I though maybe it could be the mosquitos in the area (This doesn't make a lot of sense given where the bite locations were.) Other than that possible issue we were all extremely happy with our stay!Thank you!

Great location from Charleston. Good distance from beach. Property great for the kids and dogs. Loved screened in porch and deck with gate. Area under the house was nice when it rained. Would rent again

Perfect for our family & dogs!

Place was great! Rustic feel made it more relaxing. Perfect location. Easy, and very short walk to the beach. Lovely view from the deck! Great for our family - good supply of linens and kitchen items. Good seating. Loved that there is a latching gate at the top of the deck so the dogs could ait with us easily there. Easy check-in & check-out! Handy outdoor hoses/sbower to clean off from the beach. Hope to come back again!

Weekend graduation

Rented this home for my son’s graduation. It was just as described, a laid back beach house. It was clean,furniture was older but clean. We used the screened in porch and deck from sunrise to sunset. It was a short walk down the driveway to the beach. Would recommend this to anyone I know going to Folly beach.

Beach Rental

Chose rental even though a lot of negative reviews because of closeness to beach. Only real issue was smell upon entry but I'd brought air fresheners. Deck was rocky and some of the planks were tripping hazards. Loved the fact of 3 bathrooms and the one below house was clean and usable for showering too. Nice shady below deck. Nice screen porch. I would recommend and would choose them again.

Small and old but very clean

I think the title said it all! The kitchen could really use a dishwasher and stove fan. Even though space was a little tight and the furniture, carpets, cabinets, etc are probably from around the 1970’s- 80’s, the beds were very comfortable and the entire interior was immaculately clean. Also the patio furniture is getting pretty rusty. Not sure how long you can continue to rent this place out without some refurbishing. However, the online descriptions didn’t lie. We were ok there because of the cleanliness, but I wouldn’t rent this house again in it’s current condition.

So many positives

This property is in a perfect location if you like to surf or watch surfing. The home is older but very clean. It can accommodate a lot of people comfortably. The management company Folly’s Best is very welcoming and responsive. Just a heads up, there is no dishwasher (but we had teenage boys for that). All and all a great place to stay. My only issue was that we wanted to make the most of our travel days and early check in and late check out was not a possibility. For us personally it makes this property less desirable but I can say everything else was as described or better. FYI, the water pressure in the showers was great. That was really nice after long days in the water and on the beach. I saw another review saying the pillows weren’t great. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable and there were lots of blankets.

Folly Beach Trip

On February 28 I booked the beach house from 5/31 to 6/03 to attend a June 3 beach wedding for my older son. I found out on March 7 that his fiancé had called the wedding off due to my son’s medical issues. I called Folly Beach Rentals on either March 7 or 8 and asked if they could put back on the market to see if someone else might rent. At the time, the rental was non-cancellation. I usually do not book these types of rentals but I needed a house with 3 bedrooms that also allowed 3 dogs. When the wedding was cancelled my younger son decided that he wasn’t going to come. I did not purchase travelers insurance and that of course was a big mistake on my part. The rental agency refused to help me in any way so my husband and I along with my 18 granddaughter came to the beach. I found the beach house was very dated but very clean. After reading the note that the owner left, I knew this house had many happy times and great memories. The family room had a sofa, loveseat and a nice lazy boy rocker. The kitchen was well stocked even though we only used for breakfast. There was a nice Keurig coffee maker along with a toaster oven and microwave. The refrigerator was very clean but has no ice maker. There is no dishwasher either. The master bed was very comfortable and I liked the ceiling fan. The master bathroom was small but had great water pressure. Great view from deck.

Our vacation in Folly

Good location and quite spacious. Management company was prompt and courteous. This is a very lived in home in need of some updates. If getting to Folly and having lots of room and beds is what you need, this is a good bargain. This has a great porch and deck and is a three min walk from a great part of the beach. Frankly we were hoping for more but this house might fit a guys week or some families with need for lots of space and low end pricing. Dogs are allowed. It is clean but aging, if that makes sense. It needs updated carpet after many years of dogs and some of outdoor furniture is rusting which is an easy fix. Other than that, nice location and nice for the right family or situation.

Close to the Citadel but far enough away so my cadet wasn’t required to wear the uniform. Good local restaurants. Bert’s is great.

Family Anniversary Celebration

We were very pleased with these accommodations, very clean and had all the amenities we required. Access to the beach was wonderful. The only negative comment is the screen porch was unusable due to two missing screen panels. This was unfortunate, as we would have enjoyed this and thought this would be available.

Perfect Beach Cottage

Laidback trip to Folly

The house has a classic beachy vibe just outside of the busier part of the island. Water was perfect with great waves all weekend. Friendly neighbors and everything we needed was at our fingertips. We'd definitely come back!
