Bermuda Bay Condo

There are many nice features to this condo. The layout makes it very nice for sharing the space. The open living room and kitchen area makes visiting easy. The bathrooms are nicely renovated. Note that the screened porch does not have much of a view in that it faces the side of another building. The property manager is very nice and helpful.

La Playa Azul

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay in the condo called, La Playa Azul in the gated Community of Bermuda Bay. The three bedrooms allowed us to have our adult daughters over for a few days. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking, baking, and table top equipment and utensils. The living room was comfortable with a sectional leather cough that fit a lot of people or allowed you to spread out while watching TV. The screened in porch was large and a great place to have morning coffee or evening cocktail hour. It would have been nice to have a few more chairs for guests to sit. The condo was within 5-10 minutes of St Pete Beach and a little further ( but not too far) from several other beaches. The areas had everything you could want or need: grocery stores, cute towns, shopping, beaches etc. It was only 20 minutes from downtown St Petersburg, which has water front restaurants, a great Pier, and many museums. We would definitely consider renting again!!!

Living hell

If you have children or make any noise at all- do NOT stay here. The neighbors HATE that this is a rental, and hate people. They have a recording studio downstairs and blared music day in and out at full blast through their speakers. Well into 2 and 3 am and all day while we tried to work. The property manger was not surprised and said they have a lot of problems with the neighbors. To that note the property manager is the best thing going for this place. Very nice. . The neighborhood itself is also quite junky. Shady characters. Lots of boarded up windows. Disheveled buildings. Pools are filthy. And the “beach” isn’t a thing. It was a wreck before the hurricanes. So I can’t imagine it now. We booked for 5 weeks and spent 3 of them somewhere else because it was so uninhabitable and scary. Luckily we’re locals who were looking to stay elsewhere while our house was on market. So we had that option. I can’t imagine anyone coming here on an actual vacation. Yikes! So many nicer places for the money! Do not recommend.

Our home is in a vibrant and diverse neighborhood, which is one of the reasons many guests choose to stay here. Unfortunately, in this case, the guest’s son was frequently disruptive, which led to concerns from neighbors who value a peaceful community atmosphere. To clarify, there is no recording studio on or near our property. The neighborhood is typically quiet, unfortunately the guest’s son, caused significant noise issues that disturbed our neighbors to the extent that we nearly had to involve the police. While we always try our absolute best to accommodate guests with various requests and requirements, we also expect mutual respect for the surrounding community. We do our best to ensure our property aligns with local norms and guidelines, and we kindly ask all guests to respect the community in return. Our property manager remains available to assist with any concerns that may come up. As for our amenities, the complex regularly maintain the pools and address any issues immediately to ensure a pleasant experience for our guests. We hope future guests will consider the positive experiences reflected in our other reviews. We’re committed to providing a welcoming and comfortable stay and encourage open communication with our team should any questions or needs arise.

Amazing rental property/ super clean!

The rental property was super clean. The apartment looked just like the photos. Just amazing! The neighbors were friendly and the neighbor was very quiet. The gated community made it feel extra safe for my family and I. The check in/check out process was very easy. Communications were answered quickly and efficiently! It was truly a home away from home! We all can’t wait to go back! We will be renting this property again!

Great location. The private beach is so pretty and peaceful. We loved the heated pool. There’s lots of fun activities to do around St. Pete area. We had such a fun time!

Home Away from Home

The condo was very well equipped for families,( high chair, booster seats and beds. Etc.) There were lots of things to do right on the property (tennis,swimming, putting etc.). Lovely spot, too bad we had to leave 10 days early because of the Coronavirus Disease and the global travel advisory for all Canadians.

Great place to stay .

The condo is in great shape and was very clean. The owner provides all that is need for a great time. We went for a golf vacation and there are so many golf course with in a half hour drive. The property manager was wonderful to deal with and is always looking to help make your stay a wonderful time. I would highly recommend staying at this condo. Looking forward to my next trip .
