About this property

Charming 2BR/2BA condo in Sarasota, close to the beautiful beaches!

Convenient first floor beach side unit located on the Gulf side Club building. It is the closest Club building to our white sand beach and closest to our beach side pool. Step into a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a bar that seats three. Large round dining table which seats six.
Extended living room with oversize doors leading to a newly paved patio. A new leather queen sofa sleeper and loveseat with updated decor and a 55" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has 2 king beds with a 42" flat screen tv. The master bath has a vanity sink separate from the shower. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 36" flat screen tv.
The adjacent bath has a tub shower combination. There is a washer and dryer located right next door. The Siesta Key Breeze is the public trolley on Siesta Key which is a free service, it travels into Siesta Village through to Turtle Beach.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Very clean, nicely decorated! Everything we needed was there and just a few yards away from the private beach! We loved the free shuttle services all over town that got you where you wanted to go! A quick shuttle trip and we were right on the areaWith all the shops and restaurants.

Place was very clean and short walk to the beach; would have been nice to have a few amenities in the kitchen so we didn’t have to buy (i.e, salt & pepper, paper towels to name a few); black out curtains in bedroom that actually cover the windows & not just the walls; stayed in places before that left beach gear & fishing pole

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and being on the first floor was great. Only thing it didn’t have was coffee filters for the coffee maker so be sure to bring some (basket style). Could use soap dishes in the bathrooms for the mini soaps that were provided. Great facility just steps from the beach. Nice that they provide beach chairs. Just bring your umbrella. Staff was so helpful. Sheila was great!

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. Palm Bay is a beautiful complex. Great location! Close to grocery stores, fun places to eat, shopping and beautiful scenery! The Condo is cheerful, comfortable and convenient to the beach and the pool. We highly recommend this property and would love to back and stay there again.

Beautiful Stay at The Palm Bay

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Palm Bay Club during the weekend of Thanksgiving. The unit was clean, organized and updated. The location of the property was fabulous because it was just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

First time to Siesta Key

Easy access to the beach! Friendly staff! Spare bedroom could use a new mattress or at the very least a mattress topper. Resort was nice and security was a plus.. Beach and Ocean was beautiful. After check out we hung out at the public beach and parking was free and plentiful.
