It would be wonderful for pets. Unfortunately, our dog passed away a month ago so we didn't have a pet this time, but the yard was plenty big and totally fenced. We found the location to be an easy walk to everyplace we needed to go.

Beautiful property

The house is very well appointed and has almost everything one needs. The decor is beautiful and the location was within walking distance to nearly all the sites. It is one of the cleanest VRBO's I've ever stayed in. I would not hesitate to stay in this house again!!!

Wonderful location - easy walk to the historic area. Beautiful home - very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and entire house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Historic walk about

All good, we love the town. This spot was perfectly located to walk everywhere. The main road does present traffic noise, but we brought dogs and like to get going early anyway. Easy trade off for us. Cute house. Ty for having us.Cute

Great location

The location of the house is very close to historical area of St. Augustine, maybe a 10-12 minute walk. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice although we didn’t prepare any meals. I would stay here again if we visit the area.

Lovely, Elegant Cottage

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautifully appointed, lovely little cottage. The home is well kept and located in close proximity to many St. Augustine attractions. Our next visit to our favorite Florida town will definitely include staying in this 1900 beauty!!!

CIRCA 1900-St Augustine Rental

Excellent property for our trip to St Augustine. Circa 1900 was clean with all the amenities as stated. Convenient location, near Historical sites, shops, and restaurants. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood with our dog - great to view the old homes and large trees.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill, if one were to choose to grill some hotdogs or burgers. Nice neighborhood, and within walking distance to everything. Thank you for a great holiday weekend!

Lovely place

My wife and I stayed 4 days/nights during my nephew's wedding. Communication about access etc was great from the property manager. The place is walking distance of historic downtown and museum as well as a fenced in back yard where the dogs could roam. We both had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Great home that allows pets

We loved the updated house and location. Very easy to walk downtown to restaurants and shopping. The backyard was great for the dog. The house is close to the road and traffic noise is very noticeable from the rooms in the evening. Great stay.

Beautiful, cozy home with all the amenities you need!

I recently went to St. Augustine with a group of girlfriends for a long weekend getaway. The house is adorable, beautifully decorated and well appointed, within walking distance of the center of the historic district. The beds were super comfy!! I would definitely stay here if traveling to St. Augustine again. We absolutely loved it!

Awesome house!

Just returned home after an 8 night stay. The house was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and truly felt like home. Awesome location as we walked everywhere in town and only a short drive to the beach. We are already looking at future dates as we want to make this a regular stay at least a few times each year!

Cute bungalow within walking distance to historic downtown st augustine

Beautifully furnished, quaint, spacious rooms, nice modern kichen, big master suite, we noticed some road noise, nice fenced ibackyard with fire pit. Wonderful sleeping accommodations for six in beds, pull out couch was not the most comfortable for an adult would come back again, , enjoyed our stay thank you!

Large group and pet friendly

The location is centrally located to downtown and very close to the field where concerts are held. We enjoyed the music from the festival on the porch! Ample room for 3 adults, 2 teens and a dog. Clean, cute craftsman with modern amenities. We really enjoyed sitting in the back yard and fired up the little Weber for some burgers.

Great vacation house

Beautiful older home with lots of upgrades. Kitchen is fantastic and efficient!! Lighting was great low or bright! My only suggestion to owners is to upgrade the outdoor fire pit chairs as the have weathered in The Florida sun. Overall 5 stars very clean, comfortable and affordable home close to all attractions and beach!
