Nice place to stay.

Very safe, clean but condo above us started working on remodeling at 630 am. We were not informed when it started or how long they would be working on improvements. It’s a centrally locates area, close to everything.

Handy to restaurants and shopping. BUT noisy, street and upstairs noise.

Clean and only fairly well equipped---not enough dishes and silverware. No comfortable living room seating. Complex amenities very good---swimming pool, spa, exercise room etc. We looked forward to a very quiet, restful break in recovery from surgery but unfortunately this unit ended up not working out to our liking.

Hi Robert, The condo is equipped with dishes and silverware for 3 meals a day for 4 people - thank you for your comment and I will double check counts on items. The property is part of a condominium complex, but is on a quiet bottom corner. I did add noise reducing, black out blinds to the master bedroom after your comment, and I am sorry you were unable to get the rest you needed and hope your recovery is going well. My best, Michele

Location was great, easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

The unit needed some updates, the master bedroom was dark, hard to use the closet. Shower door needed to be replaced, door to the washer/dryer needed a couple of screws. Overall the unit was average.

We enjoyed our stay at the Plaza Residence as we always do, especially with the heated pool during this time of the year. This condo met our basic needs during our stay.

Extended Stay Paradise

We decided relocate for a few months and work in AZ. The property and location were exactly what we were hoping for. The unit was clean, the complex had a lot to offer and the neighbors were very friendly. On top of that the complex was centrally located to everything you'd want in Scottsdale. Michelle was a great host. She answered all our questions and was available when needed. I'd highly recommend staying here in the future.

Excellent VRBO property

Great property, location and owner. The unit itself has everything you need for an enjoyable stay and the complex has good amenities. Great walkability to Kierland, Quarter and multiple shops, restaurants and bars in N. Scottsdale. Perfect place for your Scottsdale getaway. Michelle is an excellent and responsive owner. Thanks for helping us find a place to stay we our house was delayed.

Comfortable stay!

Clean condo, great location! Nice pools and Michele was above and beyond helpful. Would recommend this rental to family & friends. Also allowed our small dog which was perfect.

Exactly how described. Fantastic location.

The location of this condo is very good. Shopping across the street and many restaurants also very close. Property is exactly as described and pictures are accurate. Property is very clean, well managed and the owner is responsive and available for questions. General common spaces are well kept & clean such as pool, parking etc. there is an assigned covered parking space and available additional spots if needed. The only issue that we experienced is that as this is a ground floor unit there are people living above and there is quite a lot of heavy footsteps above. That being said it’s expected as it’s a downstairs unit. The steps did stop around 11pm each night and the people are friendly. I would stay here again and say that for the price it’s one of the best rentals for the price in this area.

If you are looking for an great place to stay in the North Scottsdale area this unit is perfect. Easy access to shopping and restaurant area. Great biking and walking areas close by. Michelle was an excellent host.

Great place to spend a season!

Michele was extremely accomodating in finalizing my stay, and she's a gracious host. She also was responsive to a few service items that came up over my 3 month stay. Parking was convenient to the unit - covered for me and uncovered for guests. It was summer, and we know what that means in the Valley, but I found some good times to use the attached patio in the early morning. The condo was clean and easy to live in, cook in, etc. The complex's pool area was maintained decently, though the BBQ areas need some work and better cleaning after peak use times. The clubhouse and gym border on immaculate, and the latter got regular usage by me for 2 months...a great amenity.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo and the location were great for our needs.

We were very pleased with everything during our visit back to Scottsdale. Michelle made sure everything was ready for us down to the coffee! Being so close to great restaurants, shopping and access to everything Scottsdale was just right for us. I’m sure we’ll be back again.

Great North Scottsdale Getaway

This condo in North Scottsdale was a perfect getaway for me and my husband (and our dog) as we were remodeling a house and needed a home away from home. The grounds are immaculate and the pool was great. This is also walking distance to several great restaurants. The condo was well equipped. The owner was very responsive to questions that we had during our stay.
