You will enjoy our SeaSideFarmHouse with its cozy SeaSide Farm House feel. With tasteful furniture and amenities, we have left you wanting nothing. Just sit back and enjoy a glass of wine or a good cup of coffee. Only minutes from one of North Carolina's finest beaches or minutes from strolling downtown Wilmington's famous River Front Boardwalk. Our home is is in the heart of all sorts of restaurants and only minutes from Mayfield. This is a wonderful place to unwind. This 1750 SQ FT home boasts a Downstairs Primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and attached, updated bathroom with walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have U4 tvs and Living Room has Large screen U4 TV. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook anything your heart desires. There is also a charcoal, 40 inch grill for your use. Kitchen table seats 6 and an eat at bar that seats 5. The back patio area is there for your total enjoyment, equipped with a wall mounted fan for those warmer evenings when you still want to sit outside. This patio area is where the grill is located for your use. The patio table seats 4, and a wicker bench seats 2. This area is fenced in for your privacy.

Good location and nice home

This home is very nice, plenty of room, beautifully decorated and plenty of amenities. Perfectly located between the historic district of downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. We enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the SeaSide Farm House. Our stay started with a great welcome that included a bottle of wine, glasses, and coasters. The house was very spacious for four adults and one teenager. Great location that is close to downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, and many outstanding restaurants. I highly recommend staying here when visiting the Wilmington area.

Lovely place!

This was a great place. I love the decor and farmhouse style. It felt so cozy and had everything we needed! Shower pressure was on point and I just loved all the extra touches! We had a lovely time. I would definitely stay here again when we’re in town.

Beach getaway

Perfect distance from the craziness of beach traffic and to go shopping for whatever u may need. Very clean and love the little things that the owners add for take home souvenirs. We enjoyed our stay!!!

This is an amazing farmhouse VRBO. It has everything you need to get you started. Communicate with the owner was amazing. If you are looking for a place to stay in Wilmington, I would highly recommend this one.

Really nice place to stay!

Property was very clean and well decorated. The owner was very helpful with questions, and even had gifts for us! Every detail was attended to, and we didn't feel like we were in need of anything. We reccomend staying here!

Cute and clean place!

This place was perfect for our group of 5 in town for a wedding weekend. Place was exceptionally clean and was just a short 10 minute drive into downtown Wilmington. Quiet neighborhood and the parking in front was a huge plus! We would definitely come back and stay again.

We absolutely loved SeaSide Farm House! Owners were very responsive (I couldn’t find pool key - albeit it was very obvious where it was) . Beautiful home - loved that we (three teens and me) had room to spread out for alone time and also plenty of space for us to be together for meals and group tv watching. Safe feeling neighborhood - I took morning walks around the loop. Close to shopping and Wrightsville, and also Carolina and Kure not much further - perfect last beach trip before school starting back!

This property is very nice; newly remodeled, nicely appointed, warm, comfortable and clean. The owner is responsive and they have paid attention to small details like complimentary water, beer, and wine! Centrally located with easy access to Market Street. We would certainly stay here again.
