Bond house is a mid-century minimalist pool | spa mini-estate with clean lines, an open concept floor plan and sliding doors that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living and located just south of downtown Palm Springs in the Deepwell | Tahqwitz Estates neighborhood.

Enjoy the large private space w/stunning views of the mountains from most rooms in the house, a large salt water pool, spa & spacious grounds to spread out & enjoy.

Luxury touches abound with toiletries and most everything you'll need to relax and have a great time. The experience is like a luxury suite, but with the privacy afforded by a home. Rare and exquisite.

Enjoy Martinis, swimming, hiking or whatever suits your fancy in the highly desirable low-wind neighborhood. Relax and spoil yourself in this cool modern mid-century retreat in the western desert, just 5 minutes from central downtown Palm Springs boutique shops, cafe's, bars, casino, convention center and awesome restaurants.

While your soaking in our large heated Pool and Spa you’ll be enjoying the Stunning Mountain Views in our large private backyard. Don't forget to bring your chef hat and show off your skills on the grill and at night.

Inside you'll find an immaculately clean, remodeled concrete floors and open kitchen that is fully updated with an open floor plan, new fixtures and the latest appliances, dishware, cocktail makers and stocked with whatever you need to cook your heart away etc.

SLEEPING QUARTERS...
The bedrooms are in separate wings from the living areas. Great for groups with both early risers and those who want to sleep in. All the sleeping quarters feature unique period furnishings, quality mattresses and hi-thread count sheets and pillows. The master bedroom offers a King-sized bed, private bath and an app-ready HDTV. Both guest suites have their own in-door out-door feel with outside private seating areas.

Perfect for a weekend getaway, or longer to enjoy any of the many Palm Springs events and activities like Modernism Week, Championship Tennis, Golfing, Hiking and festivals like Coachella, Splash House and Stage Coach and or White Party to name a few.

Whether with a group of people, or with a friend, 007's Bond House is a great space to enjoy the Western Desert and Palm Springs many activities.

MORE HOUSE RULES BELOW:

MORONGO HOUSE follows the Vacation rental guidelines for cleaning and is meticulously cleaned after every stay from our amazing cleaning crew. And we separate stays by a minimum 24 hours (2 days) to comply with Covid19 rules.

CHECK IN TIME: 4p.m.
CHECK OUT TIME :11a.m
Upon request and depending on availability, we allow earlier check in's and later check out's. Please check with our manager, Steve Bryan with your request pre-booking.

*Early check in's (if available) between 12:00p.m-2pm will incur an early check in fee of $150. Early check-ins after 3pm (if home is available are at no charge)

*POOL HEATING during winter months is OPTIONAL and not included in daily rate. If you want pool heated, it’s $75/day and billed Separately after you book. Please let us know ahead of time and we’ll send an invoice through VRBO.

*GARAGE: There is off limits for guests and for owners only. Do not open garage or park in garage during your stay.

NO SMOKING: inside OR outside the house for any reason. In the event smoking is detected inside the property or butts found outside the property you will be charged through your security deposit a $500 fine.

NO PETS: We love dogs too, but some people have allergy's.

CAMERA: Please note there are two cameras outside that face the front yard and driveway for deliveries and security purposes.

MINIMUM AGE to book is 25 or older and or accompanied by an adult. Home is not suitable for kids under 6 (There is no fence around the pool, so use caution if you have younger kids, the owners are not responsible for any issues or injuries that may occur.)

*No parties or events. You'll be subject to potential removal if we find out you're having a large party or event without informing the owner and or manager.

*Please do not drive on the grass, or you will be subject to a $250 fee for any damage or grass replacement.

*Home accommodates up to 6 guests overnight and up to 10 during the day only with no more then 10 people allowed inside and or outside at anytime.

Palm Springs Occupancy tax is included in the booking.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place after 10p.m to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

Palm Springs Noise ordinance: Please be aware: Palm Springs city has a strict no-noise ordinance for all residential home rentals. Upon check in you will be asked to sign a noise ordinance form acknowledging the rules which state that. “No MUSIC ALLOWED OUTSIDE at anytime and No noise of any kind allowed outside after 10p.m. The neighbors have an 800# hot line to report noise if it’s loud and they will use it.

That said, if you receive a city noise citation during your stay, you will be subject to a $250 fine from the city and depending on severity of circumstances, possible immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of your entire security deposit.
Unfortunately there are No exceptions as we lose our license with just 3 violations, so please adhere to these rules to insure a good stay. *To put to rest any concerns, we haven't had a noise complaint in 5 years as of yet as most people are respectful and keep the noise to a minimum. If you're chill, you'll have a good time and won't have to worry about that.

Camera: Please note there are two cameras outside in the front of home that face the front yard and driveway for deliveries and security purposes.

We follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Noise Aware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. It does not record, or play noise. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a entire security deposit loss. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

LAWN MAINTENANCE: We have lawn maintenance weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday and or Thursday in late morning or early afternoon. Subject to change

POOL MAINTENANCE: Robert our Pool guy comes EARLY at 6-6:30 AM for about :15 minutes on Mondays, Thursday's and or Friday's.

*Days subject to change for both pool cleaning and lawn maintenance.

We reserve the right to have our pool team come at any time necessary for maintenance if needed. We will do our best to inform you of their arrival if outside of normal hours.

AIR CONDITIONING: The air conditioner and heater is set automatically to cool and heat appropriately throughout day for air and heat depending on season.

TO KEEP COOL IN SUMMER MONTHS: Keep the slider doors in living room mostly during the day to keep house cool, of system runs constantly due to doors open it will not cool down the house and you risk freezing up the system. If system freezes, it will turn off for 3-4 hours and there won’t be any cooling unfortunately.

*Palm Springs gets hot in the summer months, so don't forget to pack your suntan lotion and stay hydrated and you'll have a great time.

LONGER BOOKINGS: For stays longer then 30 days guest shall pay the utilities (does not include pool heating) which amount to $475 per month. Any stays longer then 30 days automatically are billed $475|month and does not included pool or spa heating. That’s billed separately, if you wish to have the pool heated. *All short term rentals shall be automatically considered 27 day rentals pro-rated for the actual number of days you booked your trip.

*Pricing/fees and any unforeseen changes, due to city is subject to change.

*Owners are not responsible for any slips, falls, or any liability issues related to staying at the Fleming House under any circumstances.

*Visiting and staying in Palm Springs at this or any rental home in Palm Springs could result in you “contracting Covid-19” which could result in “severe respiratory issues or worse". Guests further acknowledge that possible transmission of Covid-19 could occur to family or household members and others who may also suffer these and or similar effects,” as such, “all lessee’s, (aka short term renters) and their guests shall hold harmless” Christian Burkholder, the ‘Bond House Owner/s’ located at 680 E Morongo Rd Palm Springs, CA 92264 from any injury, personal health issues, or any health related issues that may occur due to Covid-19 or any other unforeseen event that may arise from staying at the Bond House home in Palm Springs. By booking through this website all parties staying in this home agree with the waiver.

We visit Palm Springs quite a bit with friends, so please treat our home as if it's your own because it is our 2nd home and we enjoy it with friends and family as well.

And if anything isn’t working, you need to let us know asap, so we can get someone to fix it.
