Great home and walkable to so many restaurants and things to do. It was perfect for a two day stay. I walked so much and thankful because so many great restaurants nearby. It was very quiet and the high ceilings make it seem so open.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and Melody was fantastic and very accommodating. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Melody’s place is absolutely perfect for couples. Very clean (feels like when you touring new model homes), smells wonderful, place has everything we needed for our long weekend trip. We appreciate the sweet welcoming gift, love your homemade honey, we appreciate even having coffee pods, and shampoo, conditioner and soap. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We highly recommend to everyone and we will be back

Everything about the Uptown Shack was excellent, including the listing which is quite accurate. It is within walking distance to the historic area, and is fully equipped for serving your own breakfast and lunch. We definitely will return when we visit the area.

This place did not disappoint in any way. It was clean, fresh, quiet and inviting. Their descriptions of their place and the proximity to downtown was accurate. They had so many nice extra touches that set a very high bar for other rentals. We were delighted with our stay and will look for this location again when we return.
