Ubicada a solo media milla del centro de Kennebunk, y a cuatro millas de las playas y Dock Square de Kennebunkport, la ubicación de nuestra casa hace que sea fácil conducir, caminar o andar en bicicleta a los restaurantes y tiendas locales.

Esta casa estilo Cape de tres dormitorios, dos baños y dos pisos tiene un garaje para dos autos, y está convenientemente ubicada a una milla de Maine Turnpike, con Portland, Maine y Portsmouth, NH, a solo media hora al norte y al sur, respectivamente.

La casa cómoda y acogedora de 1,800 pies cuadrados cuenta con pisos de madera dura y una cocina actualizada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una gran isla para la preparación de alimentos. We loved staying at Carls place for our Maine trip. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the close proximity to all the nearby towns. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and the house worked wonderful for her and she love the backyard and looking at the two little frogs in the small little pond. Carl’s house had everything we needed and was great to relax at after a day out. Carl had great communication and was very helpful in answering any questions about the area. We hope to stay again when we come back to Maine.

My husband and I and three adult sons stayed in this home in a quiet neighborhood in Kennebunk.The house, which had a fully stocked kitchen, was clean and spacious, and had a fenced in back yard and lovely deck. It was a short drive to grocery store, restaurants, and downtown Kennebunk. Beach passes were provided and the beaches are about a 10 to 15 minute drive away. We enjoyed the proximity to beaches and Dock Square while appreciating the quiet times away from the hustle and bustle.

Perfect Maine Getaway

Our 3rd time staying here! Very comfortable house with all the amenities. Location is excellent with easy access to may wonderful spots in Maine. Love the included beach passes. Feels like home away from home! Looking forward to returning!

Fantastic Home, Location, and Hosting

We were fortunate to spend the whole month of July at this property. The property was fantastic and extremely well equipt from linens, kitchen supplies, beach chairs/towels and wood for the firepit. We completely recommend the house for anyone who want a quite retreat for a family with great proximity to all the area has to offer.

Beautiful home

This was our second stay. Carl does an amazing job thinking of everything a guest may need. The home is beautiful with an inviting yard in a quiet picturesque neighborhood. It is close to everything yet tucked away so one can enjoy the quiet. We feel at home the minute we arrive. Highly recommend!

Excellent getaway!

My family and I had a great week! The property is excellent, clean, and has great amenities including a private backyard with a fire pit and a nice deck to grill on. The location is perfect - close to the highway yet quiet and easy to get to many beaches and other fun places to visit in Maine. Thank you for an excellent week and we look forward to coming back!

Terrific Family Home helped make our vacation

The communication with the host was outstanding. Carl returned contact and answered questions quickly. The house was very clean and well stocked. It was our first vacation with our 1 yr old granddaughter, and we all had so much fun. The home is an easy drive to the beach, market and downtown and the port.

Comfortable, relaxing and great location

Very nice home, stocked with everything you need and more. Convenient location to beaches, town, and highway for day trips. Nice deck to sit out on, grill, and fire-pit to relax by and star gaze. It was wonderful to have beach passes, beach chairs and cooler for our use. Best of all was being able to have our dogs with us. They enjoyed the fenced in backyard, trips to the beach and walks in the neighborhood. Highly recommend this home. We’ll be back!

Very nice house

The house was very nice. The property was real nice with a beautiful quiet backyard. The owner had anything you might need for your stay. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels. Also, the house was well stocked with kitchen supplies. He also 2 beach passes for the local beaches that were great to have. There were some games to play. The owner was quick to respond to a question I had.

Excellent!!!

This house was so great and perfect for our family. The house is well-stocked and supplied us with everything we need. We rent houses 1 to 2 times a year in various locations and this by far was one of the best. Location was great and they supplied parking passes to the Kennebunkport beaches. We were no more than 15 or 20 minutes from anything we needed to get to. The owners were really easy to get a hold of and great to work with. We would definitely return and recommend.

Kennebunk Cape House

This property was just as pictured and what we were looking for. It was very clean and spacious for my daughter, 2 granddaughters and me. The kitchen was very well stocked and, in fact, lacked nothing that we needed. There was an abundance of towels and outdoor chairs when we had guests. The bottle of wine welcoming us was an added surprise. The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog and the neighborhood excellent for walking her. The home was very private and located in a quiet area. We hope to return again next year.

You won’t be disappointed

The pictures do not do this property justice as the home is gorgeous! It’s close to anything you would want to do but serene , quiet and safe! We all enjoyed the back yard but it was perfect for our toddler grandson and our Bichon as it was fenced in where they spent hours running and playing. The owners didn’t miss a thing! First class all the way. The bottle of wine was a nice touch and the dog food was extremely thoughtful as our dog refused to eat his own food and did enjoy it. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you Carl for making our family vacation one we will always remember!

Comforts of Home

Our stay in Kennebunk had all the comforts of home while on vacation. There was even a small vegetable garden to pick a ripe tomato to enhance our beach lunches The fenced in private back yard was perfect for a barbecue and playing family games. Close to several beaches and great restaurants, this home it perfect! Of course there are trips to the candy store and an evening ice cream treat if desired.

The perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 4 adults and 2 teens so the bedrooms were perfect for us. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to cook with. The jetted tub and fire pit were bonuses. The location was a nice quiet residential neighborhood and easy to get to the beaches and golf and restaurants. We would certainly stay again.

Relaxing!

We had such a relaxing week. The house is clean and inviting. It felt just like home. The backyard was great and very private. Nice neighborhood, close to beaches and shopping. We especially appreciated being able to bring our dog, he loved it too! Looking forward to next year!

Great dog friendly house!

Very clean and great location to beaches and stores. Hannaford is a mile from the house. We are so happy to have found this great dog friendly house with a fenced in backyard. The charcoal grill took some getting used to, if you are used to a propane grill, but we enjoyed it and the fire pit.

Great little cape in Kennebunk

We had a great time at this house in Kennebunk. It is on a quiet street, perfect for relaxing, and taking dogs or kids for a walk. It’s pretty central to everything you could want to do! The cute town of Kennebunk is about a 3 minute drive down the road. Kennebunkport town and beaches about a 15 minute drive (in traffic) and having the beach passes was a major bonus. It’s also only a few minutes drive to Wells, Ogunquit and Biddeford. The house was great, with a nice yard for our dogs to run around and pretty much everything you would need on vacation. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful hosts and property!

I cannot say enough great things about our hosts and the property. The hosts were especially gracious when we accidentally did not check out on time. I can only hope their next guests don't hold them to anything that was the result of our error. The property was everything advertised and more!

Located in a very quiet neighborhood with limited traffic, our home is a half mile to downtown Kennebunk and four miles to Kennebunkport. We love its close proximity to the towns' beaches, restaurants, antique shops and outdoor activities, including the Rachel Carson Wildlife Reserve. And we're just a half hour drive from Portland, Maine, a fun tourist city with more restaurants than you can count.
