Quaint & peaceful with ocean views from almost every window, steps across the sloping lawn to a private boardwalk leading out to sandy Cape Neddick beach. Kayaking, paddle boarding, tide pooling, and sunbathing awaits. Two private decks with ocean views for BBQing and relaxing after your day at the beach. Unit has an eat-in kitchen, living room, and two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Outdoor BBQ, sink, and mini fridge with sectional and firepit table! New mini splits for AC added 1/2023. Location is ideal, 5 minutes to shops and restaurants of York and 10 minutes to shops and restaurants of Ogunquit/Perkins Cove. Don't feel like driving?- walk across the street to Cape Neddick Lobster House for lunch or dinner! Friday to Friday booking only in July and August.

A slice of heaven!

The property is quaint with breath taking views. We loved drinking tea on the back deck in the morning and wine at night. The beach was just steps away. One of the best vacations!

Wonderful property and location

We had a wonderful week stay. Cape Neddick beach just a short stroll over the backyard boardwalk. We fell asleep each night to the sound of the ocean waves. The outside deck offers shady respite during the day. The outside grill was a bonus for grilling summer dinner. Beach views from eat-in kitchen, living room and upstairs bedroom. (We were able to nicely view fireworks at short sands beach from living room balcony deck.). Clean, well maintained property with well equipped kitchen. Would definitely make a return visit.

Cozy guest house with a view

We come to Maine every year and this was our first time staying in Cape Neddick. The location was great for our family with two young children. Being able to walk down to the beach whenever we wanted was awesome. The beach is fun to explore whether it’s low tide or high tide, our kids loved catching crabs. The location was great for us as it was a short drive to all sorts of activities. The house itself is cozy and the owners were really kind!

Clean and lovely, but not so quiet

This is a clean and comfortable home. I would recommend no more than 4 people. Unfortunately there is home construction going on next door which will wake you anywhere from 5:45-6:45 am when crews turn up.
