This spacious detached home in the heart of Grace Bay is a perfect spot for family and friends to enjoy all that this wonderful area has to offer. Just a few minutes walk from beautiful Grace Bay beach and some of the TCI s favourite eateries and watering holes, you will be spoiled for choice. The home boasts a private pool with a fenced-in garden, a large open plan modern kitchen, dining and living area, 2 en suite bedrooms on the ground floor and an en suite master bedroom which comprises the entire first floor with a spacious en suite with twin vanities, and a separate den/living area with pull-out sofa bed. Provo Golf Club is a 2 minute drive for golfing and tennis enthusiasts and there are a myriad of watersport companies at your disposal in the area. A perfect getaway for the cold winter months.

As the house is within walking distance of all the amenities of Grace Bay, our guests have found that a car rental is optional. If you do choose to do so for convenience or in order to explore more of the Island, we do also have an option of adding an SUV rental with the property for small additional fee (subject to availability). Please contact me for more information.

Great vacation house

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious for our family of six. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Having a private pool and a shady back porch was a huge bonus. We used the SUV and had fun exploring all the different beaches. Claire was very helpful and always responded quickly. Highly recommend!

Great location, tons of space

We had a group of 5 of us that stayed for a week here. It is a great location, just a 10 minute walk to one of the best beaches on the planet. Also close to several shops, stores and restaurants, but had a very private neighborhood feel. The pool was great and was put to good use. Tons of space for our group as well. Claire and Joe were very accommodating, as we had an issue with the upstairs shower one day and they were there right away to get it fixed, and even left us some beers for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend this place, and would stay there again!

A little bit of heaven.

My husband and I visited Turks and Caicos for the first time with two of our grown children, their spouses and two grand-children, ages 7 and 10. This house was perfect in every way for our family of eight. The rooms were large, airy and very comfortable. The upstairs was extremely large with a sitting room and desk off the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The area was safe, clean and within walking distance to spectacular Grace Bay, lots of restaurants and shopping. The back patio/ pool was shady with outside dining, lounge chairs, pool towels and hanging chairs that the kids loved. Claire and Joe could not have been more accommodating to make our stay the very best. Claire even dropped off beach toys for the kids. We would highly recommend this house for a relaxing, incredible vacation. We hope to visit again. Thank you Claire & Joe, Michael & Barbara Wilkinson Sun Valley, Idaho

Booked again for next year!

My husband, our 2 boys and I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was ideal for us. Such a family friendly home with everything you could want or need. The bedrooms are very modern & spacious and all en-suite. The kitchen and living area was also very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and a really cosy living area ideal for putting up the feet and enjoying a glass of wine when the kids are in bed. The back of the house has a good size pool, table & chairs and poolside loungers so some days there's no need to go anywhere else! The house is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. There's a trendy new restaurant/bar that's very close by also. The owners of the house, Joe & Claire, could not have been more welcoming or helpful to us. They had a little booklet done up for us with all the points of interest etc. to make our stay that bit easier! They were always at the other end of the phone if needed. We have already booked again for next year! Thanks Joe & Claire!

Fab house in superb location

My husband and three children recently stayed in Claire and Joe's house in June Plum Street. It is a fabulous house in a superb location. The house itself is ideal for families, the kitchen/living space is modern, well equipped and very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and ensuites. There is also an office with a sofa bed that we didn't use but might be handy if needed. The back of the house, where the outside dining and pool is situated is private with shaded areas and sun beds to relax in. The location is only a short walk from the beautiful Grace Bay beach and lots of restaurants. The house even had some beach chairs which came in handy for days at the beach. Claire and Joe could not have been anymore accommodating. They were always at the end of the phone if we had any questions or needed anything. Claire went as far as dropping us a jumperoo and some toys for our baby to play with! Overall, this house made our vacation easy and relaxed, which is so important with three young children! I would highly recommend it and hope to return again next year. Thanks Joe and Claire.

So lucky we found this place!

We’re so lucky we found Claire’s house. My sister’s family and my family stayed at her house for a week (6 adults & 4 children). Her house is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and the linens. Towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella were ready for us to use. We enjoyed their pool, especially my 4 hrs old son. We cook brunch almost everyday and ate dinner out. Her location was close to downtown, supermarkets, and at the Grace Bay Beach. We would walk to Tucberry ice cream almost every night and her house is close to many restaurants like Coco Bistro and Cocovan. Another place we enjoyed was at the Thai cuisine. Walkable and easy access at Grace Bay Beach. We rented a car and were able to visit all the beaches in Provo. Then, we took a ferry to visit Middle Caicos and North Caicos. Bambarra Beach was so beautiful. Again, her house is close to the ferry too. We were able to buy fresh caught lobsters and Snapper fish from the fisherman’s while we were at Sapodilla Bay Beach. Claire hospitality is superb. Easy to connect with her and she response back ASAP if we have any questions. We really felt were at home, her house was so comfortable. We would definitely connect with Claire again if we plan to go back to Provo. Thank you for the coffee and beers! Cheers!

Great House. Great neighborhood. Great Value.

This lovely home was a perfect fit for our group. It is literally a stroll from the most beautiful beaches I have ever set foot on. The neighborhood is so close to the hub of Grace Bay Village with its restaurants and bars but offered a really friendly quaint feel. We really felt at home there! The house itself is roomy, modern and clean. The pool and patio offered a fantastic retreat away for the occasional afternoon spent off the beach and the kids had so much fun splashing about. Claire was an excellent host and had some great recommendations which really helped us enjoy or stay to the max. I would highly recommend this house. I simply don't think you could top it for location, value and quality.

great house, great location

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. This house was ideal. Two good sized en-suite bedrooms and one large master suite upstairs. There was also an upstairs lounge area which was a great spot for some quite time. The open plan kitchen/living room was large enough for everybody to mingle without feeling crowded. The large couch and TV were great for the occasional night in. The pool was great for kids and adults and the covered porch and outside table and BBQ allowed us to get the most out of the outside space. The house is just off Gracebay road a short walk to the Gracebay beach. In close proximity are some lively bars and restaurants and the casino. The hosts were excellent and always available to help when needed. Highly recommend this house and would stay there again

Great stay and exceptional hosts

This home is generously sized and housed our group nicely with ample space to spread out or gather as a group. Walking distance to the beach and fantastic local restaurants. The back patio-deck and pool is a mini oasis; very pleasant for viewing the night sky or for daytime, when not 'beaching' or touring. The master suite is located upstairs away from the other bedrooms (a perk) and has a generous bath and closet. The master also has it's own separate living area, which provides another nice spot to read a book or nap away from the other activity in the house. Lite wear and tear due to high humidity to the bath sub-floor . The bed mattresses could be improved for a more luxury experience. The master mattress was super-firm/solid, and the two twin bed mattresses were a bit uncomfortable when sitting on the edges; the hard materials not well cushioned any more on the twin beds. Still acceptable, and likely not noticed at all by children or teens. I may be too sleep sensitive. The owner/managers are friendly and were responsive, accommodating and timely to address any question or problem. They were also above and beyond in pointing out the best places and things to do, with the knowledge of a local. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is spacious and clean with a great outdoor space with a pool and BBQ area. We couldn't have been happier with the location and space for our group. We were minutes from the beach and the bars/stores/restaurants but at the same time had our own large space to enjoy. Claire was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival (including some local beers in the fridge which we definitely were grateful for after our long journey!). We will definitely be back.

Perfect spot!

We were so happy with our stay here. The house is spacious, spotless and has a great outside space with a pool. Its size and location just couldn't have been better for our group of 6. We were so close to the AMAZING Grace Bay and the bars/restaurants/stores were all within walking distance. Claire went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed when we arrived (including a few local beers in the fridge!). We will absolutely be back.

Great Space!

We’ve stayed in Turks before but needed a bigger home to accomodate 6 adults. This home was perfect! Each couple had their own bath and en-suite. The living area was comfy and spacious. We were close to the beach and restaurants. We love Turks and will be back!
