We loved our stay here. The oven, sink and some of the bathrooms are outdated, but that didn’t change our opinion of this property. We loved it! The view from the balcony was truly amazing. The place was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. While there were only 2 of us, you can easily have 6 people here and not feel like you are bumping into each other.

This condo is in very poor condition. Nothing was worth the price except the view. As an example the toilets were the height that would be suitable for children, the walls needed repair as well as furniture replaced. There was a mold smell and needed to be aired out. I could go on and on but but I’m sure you get the picture.

Beautiful Property

We had the best time at Seascape 420. The room exceeded our expectations, and we hope to return again one day! This was my kids’ first time to see the Atlantic Ocean so we made lots of special memories! The beach/ocean views from our room was the best part! The beach and pool were never crowded and parking on the property was easy! The only negative was having to check in first at the Sweetgrass Inn. The property managers were also quick to respond to messages, and I appreciated that very much!

I would say the actual unit is fine or serviceable. Everything is in working order but not updated. Having a balcony and view of the ocean was very nice. However, the unit overall is just "tired" definitely not a 10/10. Perhaps a 6.5 or 7/10. The furniture is old and faded. The floor is a sort of wood panel that felt damp all the time. The bathroom toilets were very low and small, bathrooms were in passable condition but not nice. Walls and many furnishings including window shades, lamp shades etc were stained and old. The kitchen did not have sufficient supplies - there were not really enough spoons, forks etc. The pans were the non stick kind but they were so worn that black flakes of the coating (or leftover food from others) flaked into the eggs we were trying to cook. It is also important to share that while this is right on the beach that due to erosion, the actual area to sit on the beach is very small and during high tide you must pack up or move your belongings to the sand dune. Wild Dunes is generally a nice resort but this is some distance from the amenities. Pool at seascape was nice. Would also remind property manager to give pool gate and pool bathroom passwords at check in.

Beautiful scenery, spacious, mostly well maintained

Great ocean view, spacious place. Mostly well maintained. Towel bar fell off but otherwise all great.
