About this property

P.A.s Retreat - Picturesque views and access to Flathead River/Flathead

This quaintly appointed Montana cabin features an expansive westerly view across the Flathead River into the sunset with mountains beyond. Vacationers have access via their own boat slip and dock to the Flathead River. Only a 5-minute boat ride to the famous Flathead Lake! Endless water recreation awaits. Two Inflatable kayaks are available to use at the cabin.
There is one queen bedroom on the main level, along with a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, kitchen dining room, living room, bathroom and laundry. Down below the newly remodeled lower level is host to a queen bedroom, a double twin bedroom, full bath and living/dining room with small kitchenette. The cabin is about a 10-minute drive to downtown Bigfork, where you can enjoy some delicious food and small-town flare. Be sure to catch a live show at the Historic Bigfork Summer Playhouse too!
Another highly recommended attraction is the breathtaking Glacier National Park (GNP). The 45-minute drive to GNP is a must for all vacationers. GNP has endless hiking trails, water sports and beautiful scenery everywhere you look. A 40-minute drive into Whitefish offers lovely sights along the way with several great restaurants, cafes, art galleries & shops for an afternoon excursion.

Beautiful location and close to Glacier

Beautiful view with deer grazing in the field across the street. About a 40 min drive to Glacier. Very well stocked, clean house. Thank you!

Pa retreat

Overall the place is very good, location is great. The private boat slip is very nice. The inside of the house is a little dated but it was still very comfortable to stay in. The fridge will need to be updated soon as it takes 2 days to freeze meet

Quite setting with a great view and close to everything.

Ovall awesome place to stay. Its tucked away perfectly as pivot a point for all adventures surrounding Flathead Lake and up into Glacier National Park. The Layout, as it may seem a bit odd, acually can accommodate bigger parties nicely with no issues. The only issue we had with the place was balancing the temperatures from the upstairs to the downstairs. It stays significantly colder downstairs and the gorgeous windows upstairs keep it toasty on the on the upper level. With that, it took a little balancing act between the opening the windows and the thermostat to find comfort between the levels. Beyond all that, you cant beat the price nor the location. This place is still a quality spot and definitely deserves a high rating.

Cozy little Cabin

We had the best time here on our first ever visit to Montana! We loved to spot deer in the field across the street—we even had one waiting for us in the driveway when we first arrived. Communication was great throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was great in so many ways. Perfect size for my husband, me and our friend. Loved the location. Close to the town of Big Fork! Views were amazing! Loved the mornings sitting on the deck relaxing while enjoying my coffee!

Bigfork Cabin

This was a great place to stay. Just the right size for two. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking in. Be aware that it is not water front property and the lower level bedroom connects to the main level with an outside stairway only. Very quiet setting.

Awesome cabin close to town and Glacier NP

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Big Fork, we visit nearly every year and were thrilled to come across this cabin. It was roomy, comfortable, clean, and in a great location. The loft was a great space for our teenage nieces. The owners are great and were super easy to communicate with . We will definitely book this place again next time we visit. I highly recommend this place if visiting the Flathead area and Glacier National Park.
