A spacious family home with enough space for your whole group! Fully equipped to handle large groups with a bunk room, family room, two master bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, play area, and great room with a dining room table to fit everyone.

Enjoy the views that come with a waterfront property with water access. Just a short walk from the best bar on the island and a short golf cart ride away from a the public beach on Spanish Wells and more!

Our home is kid friendly, adult friendly and dog friendly. There is a great room with a living room area, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has been stocked with all the equipment and tools you will need to cook a gourmet dinner and mix cocktails of your choice. We also supply basic spices, coffee, tea bags, flour, sugar, rice, olive oil, vegetable oil and a Berkey water filter to make 2.5 gallons of healthy drinking water at a time. Please note there is NO DISHWASHER in this property as they tend to break down quickly due to the salt air and minerals in the water.

All our bathrooms are stocked with towels, shower wash, shampoos, conditioner, hand soap, shaving cream, and emergency supplies of toothpaste and toothbrushes. We also have a baby bath, baby shampoo and bath wash, thermometer, first aid kits, after sun lotion, body lotion, and more. There is a bathroom next to the family bedroom with a tub, which is shared by all. The downstairs master bath has a huge two-person shower. Upstairs, the master and wardroom share a shower room, but each has its own sink/toilet room.

Our outdoor space includes a nice big deck, lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, grill, cooler and outdoor shower. Off the deck, you will find a laundry room for your use. We also have a sand terrace, beach chairs, snorkelling equipment, some basic water shoes in various sizes, floats and 4 Inflatable paddle boards and 2 Crystal Clear Kayaks for rent.

***A $285 cleaning fee will be collected in CASH upon arrival. You will not be allowed on the property until our property manager has received the fee.

The easiest way to travel around the island is via golf cart. We can help you make reservations with a local vendor. When renting through us we make sure your cart is waiting and the dock ready for you when you arrive.

Check in is after 4 pm. Check out is 9 am and is not flexible. Quiet Hours between 10pm & 8am Sun-Thurs. 2am & 8am Fri-Sat.
To keep rental reasonable, conservation is imperative. Damages will be charged if electricity and water usage exceeds reasonable and customary usage.
Our tap water is drinkable and we also provide a filtering system. Please try to avoid buying bottled water as the bottles are burned as trash.

This house is VERY well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and entertain large groups (minus a dishwasher). There was so much equipment for our 4 and a half month old grandson. The beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing. The overall space was great for our large group. The extra space to hang out in the bunk room upstairs was perfect. I kinda wish the back/side porch had been covered because we had rain during one of our evenings of entertaining. I would definitely stay here again if we travel with our whole family and need the space. Thank you Enders family for sharing your piece of paradise.

The kitchen was perfectly set up with everything you could need for cooking while on vacation. Tracey even has basics on hand so you can have an easy meal upon arrival…this was super handy as we arrived after stores had closed. The shops are about a 10 min golf cart ride away but I knew this heading in and put solitude as a priority over convenience. There is a cute little beach a 1 min golf cart ride away from the house. Was great for our kids to snorkel and kept them busy for many days. The house is super cute and has lots of space for a large family. We’re a family of 4 and we brought friends along and still left a room untouched. Very thoughtful and thorough host! Thanks Tracey!

Boo's beautiful bungalow!

Our trip was great. There was 9 of us and we spent our evenings grilling, eating dinner at the house and finishing the night off with some serious games of Uno. There are snorkeling spots along the shore behind the house and a couple beaches you can paddle to that aren't too far. The island is great place full of great people! Tracey had all the snall travel details lined out and took all the stress out of getting to and from the airport. Amazing vacation!

The house is amazing! Fully stocked, everything taken care of. We didn't have to go to the grocery store till the next day which was a blessing after traveling all day. If the tide is high one can snorkel right off the steps leading into the ocean. Location is great, only two minute walk from the Sandbar Restaurant and Bar. The house is beautifully decorated and maintained! Highly recommend!??!

Great second stay!

We returned a second time to stay at this magical place!! Enough room for 10 guests to sleep. The house is very well stocked with anything you need. It is peaceful but well located to water view and a restaurant. We had tried to use stand up paddle boards and kayaks - but neither worked (likely need repairs), but otherwise, we were so grateful for towels, life jackets, water shoes, basic foods, extra sunscreens, and so much more. If you want a unique and GORGEOUS view (you may even spot a sea turtle while snorkeling in the ocean right off the property like we did), you will love it.

The Enders Family, hailing from Connecticut, has always loved to travel and experience new places together. With more than 40 out of the 50 states under our belt, as well as numerous international locations, we decided it was time to provide that adventure to others.

​After years of staying in a variety of rental locations, we realized that many were often lacking in essentials for a comfortable stay as a family or a large group. Building our first vacation home in Spanish Wells, Bahamas, we hope to bring excitement and relaxation to families while ensuring that you have everything you need. Whether it be a family reunion, a destination wedding or a friend getaway, be assured that the Enders Family has thought of it all!

We look forward to opening our homes to the rest of the world!

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because we fell in love with the island! A family with a vision, we started with an empty lot and built the home of our dreams!! With plans to build at least one more, we hope this property becomes a destination for family reunions, weddings and friends gatherings as we plan to use it for just that. We feel we built a home that is functional for 112-15 people to live easily for as long as they wish. We also think our home is beautiful and homey to boot. The whole family put their hearts into the build, and we could not be happier with the results.

What makes this property unique

Do you ever get to a rental property advertised for a large group only to find they have half as many plates as you need and you run out of towels after the first few people? Us too!!! It was always incredibly frustrating when arriving at a place that just was not ready for the size group they advertise they can host. So, with that in mind we made sure that everything you could possibly think of needing is in our home. From cooking utensils, to beach chairs, to towels for everyone and plenty of extra toiletries, we can guarantee you will not find the house lacking. We have produced Thanksgiving dinner for 20 people without breaking a sweat. If you do find something is missing, let us know so we can add it to the mix.

With enough space for 15 people, we thought about everything people would need to live comfortably. Each person can have their own corner of the house if they need it, but there is also plenty of communal space to spend some time with each other.

If you have a baby or a toddler, we thought of you, too. Equipped with a crib, high chair/booster seat, pack and play, baby bath and toiletries, baby toys, baby towels, wash clothes, changing pads and more, you can keep your young ones close and comfortable. There are plenty of toys, games and books for all ages.

We also have hard wired and networked fire alarms, fire extinguishers upstairs and down, a first aid kit, thermometer, bandaids galore and more.
