A beautiful scenic ocean view beach cottage. This cottage is right on the beautiful mile and a half long beach that lines the north shore of the island. Step off the porch and onto the gorgeous white sand beach. Enjoy this breathtaking view of the ocean and the beach from two separate decks. This secluded getaway has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and is spacious enough for the whole family sleeping 8 people comfortably.

The master bedroom suite features a king size bed with French doors leading onto a 90 square ft. balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Sunrises and sunsets from this bedroom and balcony are breathtaking. At night, cruise ships are frequently seen passing by. The moon and stars can easily be seen while laying in bed in this suite.

All the amenities of home with a view of paradise. Fully air conditioned for your comfort with cable television and high speed wireless internet. You can get away and you can still keep in touch with family back home. Soak up some sun or take a dip in the beautiful turquoise water or just relax under the sun it's all at your finger tips. Bone fishing is also just a 30 second walk from the cottage. If you would like to see even more of the ocean there are boats available for rent as well. Snorkeling and deep sea fishing trips are easily arranged. Also available are golf carts to cruise around the island.

The Beach House sits on a beautiful white sandy beach with shallow colorful water that is protected by a reef. The summer water temperatures can reach into the high 80's with a light sea breeze. The winter offers low humidity and the water and air temperature can be in the upper 70's with stronger north winds.

Spanish Wells is a unique place with a rich history dating back to the 1600's with ties to England. This beach location is a short walk to shopping and dining. Lobster fishing is the main industry on the Island. You will find three churches on the island and several restaurants/bars.
A bike ride around the island will be about four miles.

It is a peaceful place to get away from city life and enjoy island living. Golf carts and boats are available for rent. Fishing and boat tours trips easy to arrange.

The island is easy to get to with daily air service to North Eleuthera (ELH) from Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte or Nassau airports. The airport is serviced by Silver Airways, American Eagle and United form Florida and Delta from Atlanta Georgia. Bahamas Air, Southern Air and Pineapple Air are the airlines available from Nassau. Transportation from Airport is easily arranges for just $20/person.

In an attempt to make our property more affordable for smaller groups our pricing is based on 1-6 persons. Once correct amount is entered at booking correct price will be calculated. 5 star rental! Such an amazing place and the owners have done an incredible job with the whole layout and complex. Very private space on the beach for the group of houses. But to the right can walk a while to public beach or to the left a while to the park that has a set of swings. The little dock is cool to swim off and park kayaks or SUPs available and snorkel around. Convenient to shopping and restaurants with golf cart, which is really nice btw! They also make it easy to pick up at ferry and leave on the way out. Assuming you don’t have a lot of bags you just drive cart coming and going. That was an initial question I had after taxi, then ferry.. it’s super easy no taxi needed after ferry.Overall just a really amazing place to vacation and chill and really feel like you’re only on island time!

Perfect beach stay

We were looking for a quiet beach stay and this was perfect. Beautiful walks every day. The house was lovely and had all the amenities we needed. We kayaked to explore the small islands, collected shells and saw lots of sea life. Having the golf cart was wonderful to run to stores or dinner and we were able to explore Spanish Wells and Russell Island. Tara met us at the dock, took us to the house to show us around and made sure we had everything needed. Overall, this was a wonderful first stay in Spanish Wells. Looking forward to our next visit.

Another wonderful holiday at Ocean Dreams!

This is the 5th year my husband and I have stayed in Jody & Tara’s yellow house on the beach and once again it was a lovely holiday. My name is Jody Pinder and my wife Tara Pinder are natives to the Island and have lived here all our lives. I spent 30 years in the local lobster fishing industry where I was captain of one of the local fishing boats for 20 years and now manages a few rental properties on the Beach, SummerSunset and Ocean Dreams. I also now own and operate a local tour company Named Capt. Kid & Son Charters. we will be happy to take you out on a boat tour to see the swimming pigs, swim with turtles, visit secluded beaches , do some fishing etc. with this company. All tours are private and customize for every customer.
My wife Tara is a Dog groomer on the Island and helps me manage the properties. We have 3 kids all grown and out of the house now. We have owned and managed the Beach Houses now for the last few years. Ocean Dreams for 15 years and Summer Sunset for 7 years. We will ensure all of your needs are taken care of on the island and make the arrangements to get you from the airport to the house and back to the airport If you have any questions about us please refer to the reviews on Ocean Dreams and Summer Sunset beach cottages. We have just built this house in 2019 and 2 others as well Green Turtle Cottage and Turtle Shell Cottage completing on Nov 6 2019. All 3 new houses have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath.
