Great house with everything you need.

Kevin, the house owner/manager, is super helpful and responsive. The house is a great place to stay if you are going to Spanish Wells.

Family time

We rented the house for our adult sons and their families. The house was perfect for their needs. There was ample space for family time as well as alone time. It checked all of the boxes.

Relaxing getaway

This is a nice house in a nice neighborhood with nearby beach access. It is roomy and comfortable and had everything that we needed for our 2 week stay.

A good property on a beautiful island

Whether you are a big group or a small group, this place has all you need for a nice stay in Spanish Wells. I would not hesitate to stay there again when I return someday. The host communicated effortlessly, which makes a big difference in a quiet, remote place like Spanish Wells. I recommend this property to anyone...without reservation.

Quiet and Relaxing

Large, well equipped home steps from the beach. Enjoyed the spacious back deck for family time playing games, eating dinner and generally relaxing after a day at the beach. Check in process was easy and the host is very easy to reach and was a great help ensuring our first trip to Spanish Wells went smoothly. This is a great spot for a family or multiple families to enjoy a relaxing, quiet vacation near one of the most spectacular beaches we have ever seen.

Very comfortable home walking distance to beach

We didn’t get the check in email but it wasn’t a problem the caretaker was on top of everything and quick messaged back. Quite end lot with everything you need. They even have fishing poles you can use. Thank you for a beautiful nights stay.

Great Stay in Spanish wells

Overall we had a great stay in Spanish wells at this property. There was an easy checkin process and quick communication with the owner for all questions prior and during the stay. Great stock of Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a few fishing poles, paddles boards, kayak and 2 bikes for use. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and had a few basic spices and coffee. We did have an issue with the fridge/freezer cooling but Kevin did respond as soon as we let him know about it. The 4 bedrooms fit 2 families easily. The porch did back up to the Methodist church cemetery which we were able to walk through to get to the beach access behind the church. Would have been nice if the books in the master bedrooms were removed from the drawers for tenant use during a stay. Overall and great trip and stay in Spanish wells.

Great Stay & Longer Than Expected

Kevin the property manager was very responsive with us the whole trip. The house was very spacious as we had a total of seven guest, which is very rare for Spanish Wells as we have been coming down for about 6 years now. House is at a dead-end on 20th street & one block to Food Fair & one block from the beach. We even ran into a little issue which Kevin and Dan the house owner jumped on and was fixed very quickly. We will definitely rent again in the future. Kevin only request from my kids is they would like to see more noodles for the beach, as we only saw one. On your defense we did ask if y'all had more. All in all 10 out of 10! Thanks again Kevin and Dan. I will recommend 100%. Cheers, Chris & Kristy
