Best pricing in town on day trips out on the Ocean. Snorkeling, Island exploring, Beach Picnics,Swimming Pigs, Ocean Swings, Swimming with and feeding stingrays Swimming with and feeding sea turtles), or Fishing all available.
The house is built in the old colonial island architectural style.
The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs with each having its own private bath. The master has a king bed and faces the beach and ocean with a sliding glass door leading out on to the balcony. Queen beds in the other 2 with each having its own bathroom.
Downstairs you will find the house has a large living area and kitchen all in one, with 10 ft ceiling that has great view of Ocean and Beach with 2 sliding glass doors leading out on to the porch followed by a 500 sq ft deck the deck. There is also another bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and another bath and laundry.
To get to the island you fly into North Eleuthera Airport. The airport code is ELH. We will arrange your transportation from the airport to the island with a shuttle company. Cost is only $20 per adult for both land and water Taxi and takes about 10 minute in Taxi followed by a 10 minute Ferry ride. Someone will meet you at the Ferry dock and take you to the house.
Flights are easily available from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Charlotte, Atlanta and Nassau. The airlines that service the island are Delta, American, United, Silver Airways< Aztec Airways, Bahamas Air, Pineapple air and Southern Air. If you choose to fly into Nassau there is 2 local airlines Pineapple Air and Southern air that have 3 flights daily from Nassau to North Eleuthera, morning, noon and afternoon.

In an attempt to make our property more affordable for smaller groups our pricing is based on 1-6 persons. Once correct amount is entered at booking correct price will be calculated. If changes are made to the number of guest home owner must be notified and applicable extra guest fee will have to be paid prior to arrival or access to the property will not be granted.

Beautiful location, steps to the beach. Great house and it runs like a well oiled machine, very efficient. Your beach area is raked every morning and the umbrellas put out for you. Grocery store is just a few minutes away. Very low key island….if you are looking to relax this is your spot!

Check in was easy and accommodating. Location is the best on the island, right on the beach. House is very well appointed with all you could ever need. We traveled with a group of ten including four small children. Everyone had enough space which is always a concern. Golf cart was provided which was wonderful, paddle boards and kayaks were also on site. Wonderful property on a wonderful island! Planning next years trip while dates are still available.

The location was spectacular. Right on the beach with a path through a grove of dunes. Beach was cleaned and prepared each morning. Beachfront had private shade awning with seats, a floating dock, lots of lounge chairs, private shaded picnic table, SUPs and kayaks for adventuring. The house was modern, clean, well appointed and conveniently located. A nice deck had ample comfy seating and a dining table for 6 - great for some shade time. Great views. Gorgeous white sand and turquoise water. This was the perfect family getaway spot!

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Summer Sunset. The house was immaculate and the perfect size for our family of seven. The beach set up sets the house apart from any others we saw on the island. We used the kayaks and paddle boards every day, and appreciated that the beach was raked every morning. We saw rays and turtles swimming nearby and loved walking on the almost empty beach. There are ample chairs to relax on the deck and beach. Jody and Tara were extremely responsive and helpful.

My name is Jody Pinder and my wife Tara Pinder are natives to the Island and have lived here all our lives. I spent 30 years in the local lobster fishing industry where I was captain of one of the local fishing boats for 20 years and now manages a few rental properties on the Beach, SummerSunset and Ocean Dreams. I also now own and operate a local tour company Named Capt. Kid & Son Charters. we will be happy to take you out on a boat tour to see the swimming pigs, swim with turtles, visit secluded beaches , do some fishing etc. with this company. All tours are private and customize for every customer.
My wife Tara is a Dog groomer on the Island and helps me manage the properties. We have 3 kids all grown and out of the house now. We have owned and managed the Beach Houses now for the last few years. Ocean Dreams for 15 years and Summer Sunset for 7 years. We will ensure all of your needs are taken care of on the island and make the arrangements to get you from the airport to the house and back to the airport If you have any questions about us please refer to the reviews on Ocean Dreams and Summer Sunset beach cottages. We have just built this house in 2019 and 2 others as well Green Turtle Cottage and Turtle Shell Cottage completing on Nov 6 2019. All 3 new houses have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I were both born on the island and have lived here our entire lives. We always wanted to own a beach property. This finally became a reality in 2007. A few years later we built our first House Ocean Dreams. we now have 5 houses on the property with the last 3 being completed in December 2020.

What makes this property unique

The property is located on Spanish Wells North Side beach very close to all the shops and restaurants yet is of the beaten path and out of the hustle and bustle of daily life on the Island. Very peaceful and relaxing with spectacular white sand beach with a hint of pink through it. Great swimming and very kid friendly.
