An amazing vrbo for large groups! We booked this and the property next door, which accommodated 15 people. The golf carts were a fantastic add snd the hosts replied promptly and helped arrange everything necessary! Highly reccomeng staying here for a relaxing beach vaca!

This place exceeded every expectation! The home was immaculate! The cleanest VRBO we’ve ever rented—and it was stocked with absolutely everything we could possibly need. The beachfront location is stunning! The owners were amazing. Since they live nearby, they responded to every question or request almost immediately, making us feel completely taken care of throughout our stay.This was truly a 5-star experience from beginning to end. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

We’ve stayed in Jody and Tara’s properties multiple times and every time it’s absolutely perfect! The house has everything you could possibly need, everything is in great condition and the beach is breathtaking! Definitely my families favorite vacation spot! We’ll be back soon!

Beautiful location, steps to the beach. Great house and it runs like a well oiled machine, very efficient. Your beach area is raked every morning and the umbrellas put out for you. Grocery store is just a few minutes away. Very low key island….if you are looking to relax this is your spot!

Check in was easy and accommodating. Location is the best on the island, right on the beach. House is very well appointed with all you could ever need. We traveled with a group of ten including four small children. Everyone had enough space which is always a concern. Golf cart was provided which was wonderful, paddle boards and kayaks were also on site. Wonderful property on a wonderful island! Planning next years trip while dates are still available.

The location was spectacular. Right on the beach with a path through a grove of dunes. Beach was cleaned and prepared each morning. Beachfront had private shade awning with seats, a floating dock, lots of lounge chairs, private shaded picnic table, SUPs and kayaks for adventuring. The house was modern, clean, well appointed and conveniently located. A nice deck had ample comfy seating and a dining table for 6 - great for some shade time. Great views. Gorgeous white sand and turquoise water. This was the perfect family getaway spot!

Beautiful vacation spot

Our family of 8 enjoy this house and location very much. The house and beach setup were very nice. We enjoyed the floating dock, chairs under the shade screen and hammocks. Owners were quick to respond to our questions. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great Stay and Experience

We had a great stay at this house. The house was a great size for two families and the location was perfect - quiet, low-key, safe and family friendly. The view was gorgeous from the decks, and the beach is right there! The hosts were helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend this house and location, and we hope to be back soon!

I wouldn't stay anywhere else at this point. Beach front access, beautiful home. Wonderful amenities for adults and kids right in front of the house. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Jody and Tara are wonderful hosts. They were always quick to respond to any questions we had prior to booking, prior to travel and during our stay. The property is just as pictured and in the perfect location. So many well thought out amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again! All of their nearby properties looked lovely too!

Very comfortable beach house

Our family of 13 stayed in both houses for a week and enjoyed the whole island. The houses are well appointed. Arrival and departure are hassle free with Jody and Tara. They are wonderful hosts.

Paradise

We love everything about Spanish Wells and this rental was gorgeous. Everything you could possibly need was provided and Jodi was so personable and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would not hesitate to stay here again and as a bonus he provides charter services and we had a great and adventurous day out on his boat!

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Summer Sunset. The house was immaculate and the perfect size for our family of seven. The beach set up sets the house apart from any others we saw on the island. We used the kayaks and paddle boards every day, and appreciated that the beach was raked every morning. We saw rays and turtles swimming nearby and loved walking on the almost empty beach. There are ample chairs to relax on the deck and beach. Jody and Tara were extremely responsive and helpful.
