Welcome to the Brick Suite—a bright and cheerful Old Town condo with bold red accents and a clean, comfortable feel. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, this 1-bedroom retreat features blackout shades, a dedicated desk for remote work, and everything you need for a relaxed stay in the heart of Fort Collins.

Spend your evenings enjoying cocktails at Social, dinner at The Regional, or laughter-filled nights at The Comedy Fort. For something more low-key, grab a pint at Equinox Brewing or take in the sunset from Illegal Pete's patio.

This home features: Bedroom: Queen Bed | Plus Queen Sleeper Sofa | Sleeps 4 | Ground Level

OUTDOOR LIVING: Small terrace, directly across from Library Park

INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV with free Netflix, bar top seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with retro GE cabinets, microwave, dishware, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sweetener

BATHROOM: 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

Clean, quiet, great location

Our stay was easy — just as it should be. First time to Fort Collins, this apartment was walkable to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store. It was clean and stayed relatively cool on the days of high 90s. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean, had everything we needed for a several day stay in Fort Collins. The check-in process went smoothly, Stacy was very communicative making sure we had no issues or questions, and provided information on local things to do, restaurants, etc. Great location, a few minutes walk to Old Town coffee shops, restaurants, shopping . Horsetooth Reservior and Poudre River Canyon are short drive away for water activities and hiking - we had a wonderful stay.

Convenient spot near Old Town Ft Collins

Great place to stay for visit to Ft Collins for my daughter in law's graduation from CSU. Loved that is was walking distance to Old Town, bars, restaurants and the winter lights in Ft Collins are magnificent. Very comfortable accommodations for the 2 of us, there is a sofa bed couch but it might be a little tight for 4 adults. Everything you need if you wanted to cook something simple, but we just used fridge for snacks, Highly recommended Stacy's place!

Perfect location

We had a great time in Ft. Collins and this property was part of the reason. We were in walking distance to everything! We got a chance to visit the farmers market and the Peach Festival over the weekend, and enjoyed many fabulous shops, brewpubs and restaurants. The property itself is very clean with modern amenities. While we didn't spend a lot of time inside during this great weather weekend, we slept well! We will definitely stay here again if we come back!

Great location! As a former resident of Colorado, I love Old Town Fort Collins. We walked everywhere we went. The space is exactly as pictured and perfect for our needs. Had to work part of the stay and wifi worked perfectly. Plenty of space to spread out while working. Definitely will return the next time we visit our kids. Thanks for a great stay!

Quick Getaway

The location of this property was so great. The property itself was exactly as described on VRBO and was very nice. It was close to all of the best things Fort Collins had to offer. The "Old Town" area was amazing and had so much many great restaurants and shops. Communicating with the property owner was super easy and Stacy was very friendly and quick to response.
