Beautiful Peaceful Three Bedroom Home with Views

Welcome... Desert Serenity is a brand new home and was complete in December of 2018. Come and enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer, in comfort, while staying in our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. We are nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by incredible mountain views.

La Verkin is centrally located to all that Southern Utah has to offer. Our home is 30 minutes from Zion National Park and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon. We are located only 15 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park and Quail Creek State Park, where you will have access to most water sports, endless ATV trails and sand dunes. Sky Mountain and Sand Hollow Golf Courses are located only minutes away while Coral Canyon Golf Club and The Ledges Golf Club are within 40 minutes. There are also countless trails for hiking and biking. For those interested in shopping and entertainment you can be in Saint George in 25 minutes, catch a live show at Tuacahn in 45 minutes and be in downtown Las Vegas in 2 hours. For the colder months, visit Brian Head Ski Resort located about 90 minutes away.

Hi... We are the Didericksens (Mont and Mindi) and Majors (Jeff and Stephanie) and we want to welcome you to our home. We live in Northern Utah but have spent the past 25 years traveling to Southern Utah to enjoy warm winters, ball tournaments, outdoor recreation and all that Washington County has to offer. As a family (Mindi and Stephanie are sisters) we have dreamt of the day we could have a "home away from home" and in the spring of 2018 our dreams came true as we broke ground on Desert Serenity.

Why they chose this property

As a family we spent countless hours driving through Washington County looking for that "special place" to call home. We wanted a location that would be central to Zion, Sand Hollow, Brian Head and all that Southern Utah has to offer but not compromise our desire for a quiet and relaxing environment. Upon our arrival at Cherry Orchard we knew we had found the place. With the east facing backyard (offering evening shade), the quiet neighborhood and the INCREDIBLE mountain views we know you will feel the same.

What makes this property unique

Desert Serenity was built and furnished in the hopes of providing our families and our guests a clean and relaxing place to stay. All of our furnishings, linens and kitchen items were bought new with comfort and convenience in mind.
