This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, or even 12 with the use of an air mattress. The master bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower, ample closet space, and a vanity, ensuring a relaxed start to your day. A bunk room with a 2 full-over-full bunks and a queen bedroom share the hallway bathroom. Off the front entrance is a Casita with a Queen bed, ensuite and private works space. Enjoy a tranquil evening with two smart TVs for your entertainment, or spend time in pool and hot tub, overlooking a spacious backyard, all within the privacy of your own home. We had an absolute blast at this property! The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable from the moment we arrived.The real highlight is the backyard—it is an absolute paradise. We spent every single day enjoying the pool, hot tub, and putting green. It kept everyone entertained and relaxed the entire trip. Very clean house (our baby was crawling around and her knees were clean afterwards). The pool was super warm and relaxing. Having the fireplace next to the pool created great atmosphere. Very quiet neighborhood. The putting green was very fun to play on as well.

This house is absolutely hands down the best place I have ever rented for vacation. The beds were like sleeping in a cloud. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. The house and the property are gorgeous! I honestly don’t think the pictures do it justice. You know like when you take a picture of an amazing view and the picture in your eyes is just okay? That is this place. So much better in person. My Mom was with me and she wants to know when we can move in permanently. The pool area and putting green were perfect! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We completely understand how upsetting and frustrating that must have been, especially after a long trip and while preparing for a family reunion. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience of having to wash the bedding yourselves and for the lack of laundry pods initially. We’re glad our team was able to bring the laundry pods the following morning, and we appreciate your understanding that this appears to have been an oversight by the cleaning team. We also apologize that you did not receive a follow-up regarding the cleaning fee and appreciate you bringing that to our attention. Despite the rocky start, we’re happy to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout, multiple bathrooms, two garages, and pickleball court, and that the home ultimately worked well for your family reunion. We were extremely impressed with this home. It is not very often that the places you book are reflected so perfectly in the photos posted but this one was and it did not disappoint. Beautiful home, great location for Zion, and Red Sands made booking, check in and all commutations effortless. Highly recommend and would for sure stay again if we return to the area.

Everything was great overall! We had a tough time figuring out the pool temp controls because it seemed to have a mind of its own. But we thoroughly enjoyed the pool even though the power went out in the entire city for about an hour. Everyone said the beds were comfy and we all slept well! Others mentioned the pool heater being loud but it didn’t bother us since we sleep with white noise. It’s not really loud. Such a great place we will be doing it again!
