Enjoy summer breezes, starry nights, sunsets and sunrises from this adorable upper unit of this two family beach house. Large sliding doors open to two decks. The front deck offers magnificant views of Winnapaug Pond and the Atlantic Ocean. The rear deck off the bedroom has views of the Weekapaug Breachway and also of the ocean. Bring your kayak or canoe to enjoy the Weekapaug Breachway and Winnapaug pond! The entire home is available for rent, search property number 1442614.

This home has rear yard access so just bring your canoe, kayak, or paddle board and enjoy the waterway!

Great location on a sweet street

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We walked to the beach and all around the neighborhood and to the clam shack for delicious lunches. The location is an easy drive to Watch Hill and to the Westerly shopping plazas. We loved our street with the breachway on the right and pond views on the left

Great Place on the Beach

We really enjoyed this place. Great access to the beach and salt pond and close to just about everything. The host's description of the property is also quite accurate: the place is clean, neat and very functional.

Weekend Ocean area

The Living room, kitchen/dining and bedroom have been newly renovated as shown in photos. It is nice and open and airy. There is a front and back deck with chairs/table/grill with nice views. The apt has just about anything you could need and there are markets/stores close by. Many good/excellent restaurants per owners suggestions. Private beach short walk. Great flat streets for walking/biking. Would recommend to family/friends.

The owners are extremely kind and showed genuine concern in having their guests be comfortable.

The property is a great location and the owners are very kind. I think if the property could have better temperature control, a larger shower and more sitting such as another sofa I believe it would be a perfect rental. There are repairs needed to the stove and screens that the owners were already in the process of fixing. I believe they went out of their way to make us comfortable in the extreme heat and it is appreciated. I would recommend this property to others.

Why they chose this property

This property is one of the very few two-family properties in the Misquamicut Beach area. This home not only has private beach access but backyard access to the scenic Weekapaug Breachway, perfect for canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Excellent location- steps from the ocean but close to shopping and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

We knew we were always meant to own a beach home on this road. We ultimately fell in love with this home for its spectacular views, proximity to the ocean and its bright/inviting charm. Each unit has its own feel - the bottom unit, offering a rustic cottage interior with modern amenities. The top unit has a modern nautical feel with amazing sunrises and sunsets.
